Negotiations are underway in Geneva. The USA is closer to Russia, Switzerland (Europe) is closer to Ukraine.

For some reason, Ukraine believes that everything is fine with it, and it is not going to voluntarily leave the part of Donbass that remains under the control of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
