The best way to promote your webinar is to make it available to your audience in some way, either by email on the company website, or through another employee email list. Make it easy for them to sign up to your mailing list, or to subscribe to your company website. There are many companies that will provide webinars for free, but this is often another inefficient means to promote training because many of your visitors will not really become interested in your organisation and training.
