Ndumiso C. Mamba is a former minister of justice in Swaziland. He was a youth friend of king Mswati III. He became the minister of justice in October 2008. He resigned in August 2010 after being found in bed with one of King Mswati’s wives, Nothando Dube, the 12th wife of the king, in Royal Villas Hotel near Mbabane in July 2010. Mamba is under house arrest. He is also accused of having spent too much on foreign journeys.

God is the answer, says Ndumiso's wife

MBABANE – Welile Mamba, the wife of Ndumiso Mamba, the former Minister of Justice and Constitutional Affairs, says God is the answer to her family matters.
A staunch Christian and preacher of the gospel, Welile said she had cast her burdens to God who cared for her and her family.
"I have left everything in the hands of God. I don’t do things on my own. I just involve God in everything that I do. I take instructions from Him," she said.
She said she did not have answers to all the questions the Times SUNDAY posed except to say: "I depend upon the advice that I get from God".
Welile is one of the key leaders of Jesus Restores Centre, a non-denominational Christian Fellowship that preaches the gospel and helps the poor across the country.
She was asked to comment on several prayer meetings and fasting sessions undertaken by Christian women and specifically dedicated to her family and her husband.
Mamba resigned from being a senator and minister in August this year under a cloud of controversy.
Announcing his resignation as minister and senator, Prime Minister Sibusiso Dlamini said on August 5, 2010:"There are allegations circulating in the country and elsewhere involving the Honourable Minister of Justice and Constitutional Affairs, Ndumiso Mamba.
"I have held consultations with Mamba, and he has decided to step down forthwith as minister and senator in order to allow the matter to be considered by the appropriate fora."
Mamba resigned on Friday as a shareholder of Inyatsi Construction where he owned 28.3 of the shares. He sold his shares to Moses Motsa, a business tycoon who has, of late, ventured into the property market.
At a press conference convened at his former company’s headquarters, he refused to entertain questions.
Mamba had taken a low profile since the prime minister announced his resignation two months ago.
"The purpose of this statement is to inform all stakeholders at Inyatsi as well as the public that I have sold my 28.3 per cent of Inyatsi Construction Group Holding Limited to Moses Motsa.
As part of the continued commitment of the shareholders to the future of the company, a portion of the shares will be made available to management to ensure their continued commitment to the strategic aims and growth strategy of the company," he read from a statement.
"As a consequence of the sale of the shares, I have resigned as chairman of the Board and also as a director of Inyatsi Construction Group Holdings with immediate effect. At the last shareholders meeting where this decision was taken, it was resolved that Moses Motsa will be interim chairman".
Meanwhile, the Times SUNDAY wanted to know from Welile how fast the former minister was responding to their dedicated prayers.
It has been established the former minister, appointed into cabinet in 2008, received moral support from the praying Christians. It has been learnt that verses were texted to his mobile phone giving him support and comfort.
The women, it has been established, spent some days fasting and committing the life of the former minister to God. He is said to have attended other prayer sessions dedicated to families.
A family source said: "Mamba is a man of God. He has asked God to help him gain strength. He receives correction and guida-nce from the Almig-hty".
Mamba, also a former Managing Director of Tibiyo TakaNgwane, is understood to have been helpful to his wife’s congregation. His company, Inyatsi Construction where he was a shareholder along with Moses Motsa, contributed immensely to the purchase of a minibus for the congregants.
Stand strong woman of God. We are with you. Lets pray that God answers your prayers. Know that God will never leave or forsake you. Remember we are at war with the enemy here on this earth. Our enemy is the devil who is continuing to wage war againt the Almighty by attacking us the beloved of God. But surely he is a defeated foe.
