We were told that a full breakfast was included in the price, which there was no breakfast.
The breakfast was cancelled due to virus
The person at check in was grumpy. There was no breakfast due to COVID-19, but considering other places make effort to find solutions like breakfast to go, that is disappointing.
Good location. Very clean. Rooms amenities are new and have a high style look. They reduced our daily rate upon checkin to compensate for lack of breakfast (but we had to ask first)

There was some construction going on next door which hampered parking at times but this was not the property's fault
Staff was very accommodating, housekeeping stayed out of my room due to my cats, but allowed me access to a vacuum cleaner. they also helped me with downloading and sending documents as I was closing on a house at the time.
Very friendly, and colorful vibrant. Breakfast was wonderful. The staff was very hospitable. We were close to many different venues and restaurants.
There were a lot of homeless people around, we even saw one inside the hotel lobby that had asked us for money on the street. Does the hotel allow homeless people to shower in their rooms?

Sketchy part of town, security of the hotel is very poor and the cost to park.
The block we had to walk to get to market street (where all the restaurants were) was dark and deserted.
Great room, it was spacious and clean.
It was very roomy, the kitchen area was very nice to have.
All of the staff members that we interacted with were very friendly. My dogs bonded with the guy at the front desk as he was an animal lover. We went out to grab a bite to eat, and my smaller dog must have been crying loud enough for other guests to hear and complain. They went and got her and babysat her until we returned! They went above and beyond. Thanks!

Parking lot was full so we had to park on the street. Sketchy neighborhood but no problems encountered.
Nice and spacious room with unexpected extras. New and clean with a good vibe and hip style. Checking in was easy and fast. Glad the property welcomes pets.

The thermostat in the room. It’s motion controlled and the room was warm when we returned to the room and warm at night while we slept due to the lack of motion.
The hotel was clean, the breakfast was very good and the staff was great.
