Natalie Zea has celebrated her TV show La Brea becoming the top rated new show of the fall on NBC with an estimated 15m viewers overall.
The blonde beauty shared photos to Instagram from her girls trip with her best friends to an unknown tropical location.
The television goddess - who has also starred on Californication and Justified - was seen several times in a string bikini and one-piece suit as she surfed and swam in the beach paradise.

In the first image Natalie had on a one piece swimsuit as she carried a surfboard on her head while smiling.
The mother of one was with her pal Alex Barreto, an actress best known for the TV show Mayans MC. She is also wed to Boy Meets World vet Rider Strong.
'Your mom went on vacation. And she’s gonna clog your feed with paradise all week. Hi, @barretoalex,' wrote Zea in her caption.
In her next post she was seen in a red bikini as she lounged by a swimming pool at a luxury mansion by the coast.

'These Beauties...' said Zea in her caption as she shone in a pink two piece.
Earlier this month Zea talked to DailyMail.com about starred as Eve Harris in NBC's massive new disaster series La Brea, which kicked off in September.

It's a big change for the artist who was last on the black comedy TBS series The Detour with Jason Jones. But the Los Angeles resident is happy about the new pace, even if it was physically exhausting.
'I made sure to get as good a shape as I could before I left for the shoot, knowing I would have to run a lot,' Zea told DailyMail.com.
'I did a lot of running, I mean a lot!' she added of the shoot in Melbourne, Australia earlier this year. 'I had to be in great shape.'

The former model is a fan of Pilates, yoga and weight lifting, she has said in the past.
On the first episode she had to run from the sinkhole under the La Brea tar pits in Los Angeles. And once she landed in a primeval time, she had to run from aggressive animals like dire wolves and saber tooth cats.
The synopsis: A massive sinkhole opens up in the middle of Los Angeles, separating a family between two worlds.
The mother and son fall into an unexplainable primeval land alongside a group of strangers trying to figure out where they are, and how to get back home.

'Left above is a daughter, who barely manages to survive the disaster, and the father, whose troubled past and hallucinations make him an unlikely choice to help solve the mystery - and reunite the family. The wife of Scrubs vet Travis Schuldt told DailyMail.com that going from The Detour to La Brea was like 'apples to oranges.'
The red carpet fixture added: 'I couldn’t apply any of the skills I acquired on The Detour for this show. Which, in a sense, is why I took the project.'

Zea added, 'I’m always looking to do something completely different from the thing I did before, so… mission accomplished!'
She sure does: After she starred with Donald Sutherland on the high class evening soap opera Dirty Sexy Money she starred on Hung, about a gigolo.
And after she was the lead with Kevin Bacon on serial killer show The Following, Natalie played Winona Hawkins to Timothy Olyphant's Raylan Givens on the Western themed Justified.
La Brea is the biggest series she has even worked on and this time she is the lead, carrying it on her back.

The job also required her to learn about the primeval era she falls into.
'Not only did I not learn about what animals were around at that time, at one point I mistakenly thought we’d be encountering Dinosaurs. Spoiler: we will not,' Natalie said. But there are plenty of scary things that lurk around in the dark during this era.
When asked what time period she would like to time travel to, Zea had a quick response: 'Paris in the 1910’s, New York in the 1920's, Los Angeles in the 1940’s.'
The promotion for La Brea has been massive, with her face all over TV and on hundreds of billboards, but Zea has yet to take in her new fame.
So new: 'I have not seen a single billboard or commercial for the show as I was in Melbourne still up until a week ago and have been in semi-quarantine since being back. But I’ve seen plenty of photos!' she shared. Here she is seen standing on a rock with Martin

As far as her legendary chemistry with Timothy Olyphant on Justified, she says she is happy that people enjoyed it.
'I love how beloved that show has become over the years, it warms my heart knowing how many are still discovering it,' said the mother of one.
'I’ve been very lucky to work with some of the kindest, most talented leading men in the business. Tim is no exception. And if somebody wanted to pay me money to work alongside him again, that would be an immediate yes.'
La Brea debuts on NBC on Tuesday, September 28.
Her main man is an actor too! Zea is married to Travis who has worked on Big Little Lies, 9-1-1 and Young Sheldon; seen in 2018

A notable photographer — a guy who shoots for Esquire from time to time — has started this thing we like: MeInMyPlace.com . He photographs women in their own homes, in their own clothes, at their own invitation. The results are, uh, intriguing. I try to be a good girl. I time it out so that every single second of my morning is being utilized: I shower, drink the coffee, brush the teeth, deodorize, and get dressed sometimes.

Our house is really, really cold — you walk in and the temperature drops about ten degrees for no reason. It's not the best in the winter, so I can't sleep bottomless. But in the summer, I go with nothing.

I sometimes go to the men's section at H&M and buy nice oversized shirts and have them as my house shirts, with little shorts or whatever. As long as my upper body is warm, the legs can handle it.

I have two cats. This one is such a little hooker. She'll come and hang out with anyone who walks in the house. We could have robbers come and she would be like, "Hey, what's up?" And she thinks that that's her bed. The other one, she wants none of it. She hangs out in my dirty clothes hamper. Loves it.

I'm not a big lingerie girl. I see it and I love it and I appreciate it and sometimes I even buy it, and then it never gets worn. It just seems like kind of a wasted middle step. Either you're dressed or you're not. What is this in-between stuff?

I'm not a big bra girl at all. And I'm finally on a show that's on cable, where I'm allowed to not wear a bra and I'm very happy about that. I've always been fighting for braless, so much so to the point where the networks asked the standards and practices to call up producers and be like, "You have got to get that broad to wear a bra, because we're having to airbrush out her nipples." Because nipples are awful. I mean, god forbid!

My ass is doing some good things right now. It has the tendency to be very high anyway, but now that I'm working out, it's just like I could serve coffee on it. So it's nice.

On really, really nice days, we have a back deck. If I don't have anything else to do, I try to spend a good hour of the morning out there. I read the paper, answer e-mails, eat breakfast, make phone calls. And then because it's such direct sunlight, it gets a little too hot, and I'm good. I've got myself.
