Наш ответ Чемберлену

2 августа специально созданное подразделение Минфина Великобритании по санкциям обновило формулировку, из-за которой Великобритания ввела их против меня три месяца назад. Теперь я их враг уже не потому, что каким-то неизвестным никому образом «подрываю территориальную целостность Украины», а за то, что поддерживаю Правительство России, ведя бизнес в стратегическом секторе, а конкретно в области связи и цифровых технологий. 

Понятно, почему формулировка изменена - мои юристы уже направили в Брюссель апелляцию, где доказали абсурдность зафиксированного там обоснования введения санкций конкретно против меня. 

В Брюсселе пока все попрежнему, а англичане уже подсуетились. Нашли, что я финансово поддержал стартап по созданию молодёжной соцсети Talkme и превратили этот шаг в поддержку правительства. Весь проект Talkme вместе с Musicgramm это всего триста миллионов рублей, в то время как Россия в день зарабатывает на энергоносителях миллиард долларов. 

 Просто не нашли ничего другого, к чему привязаться. Уверен, если бы я вложил деньги в производство в России презервативов, меня бы обвинили в том, что я произвожу экипировку для российских солдат. Странно, что они не использовали другой мой - более серьёзный проект - по выращиванию в России миллионов деревьев. Тоже могли бы придумать, что поддерживаю лесозаготовительную отрасль. 

У меня с англичанами старые счёты. Свой бизнес еще на рубеже девяностых я начинал именно в Лондоне. Там у меня был хороший дом, отличная коллекция картин, там жила моя семья. Было время когда я верил в британскую демократию, английское правосудие , незыблемость частной собственности, видел в них самую последовательную альтернативу советскому коммунизму. 

Признаю, ошибался. Понял окончательно это после того, как англичане с помощью этого самого английского правосудия, которое использовало мою бывшую жену, попытались отнять у меня половину заработанных мною в России денег. И начали это буквально на следующий день после того как я реализовал свой основной российский актив. 

Тогда я не сдался. Вёл в одиночку десятилетнюю войну со всей английской системой правосудия - и не дал им добиться своего. Было трудно. Мои враги по всему миру подкупали судей, использовали моих детей как заложников. Но они меня не сломили. Пусть теперь у меня ни дома, ни коллекции картин в Лондоне нет. 

Теперь мстят. 

Англичане всегда мстят за свои неудачи. Всегда действуют исподтишка, по-предательски. Откуда-то решили, что весь мир существует только для того, чтобы им, обитателям маленького острова, где ничего нет, было хорошо. И действуют соотвественно - бессовестно и предательски. 

Когда в России в собственной спальне был своими же офицерами убит император Павел, то нити заговора шли в английское посольство. Когда праправнук Павла Николай был свергнут, то английская королевская чета отказалась предоставить ему и его семье убежище. В результате царская семья была расстреляна. Их кровь не только на большевиках, их кровь на англичанах. Не говорю уж о том, что само свержение Николая тоже в немалой степени заслуга английского посольства. 

А ведь было еще разграбление Индии и циничное разрушение громадной Китайской империи по имя права англичан торговать там опиумом и беспрепятственно травить китайцев. 

Я много лет предупреждал своих друзей - бегите вы из этой Англии, возвращайтесь домой. Не поверили, думали, что мой опыт их не коснётся. Теперь коснулся, всех в сто крат сильнее. 

При этом не все понимают - Украина это предлог. Цинизм. Волнуют англичан две вещи - деньги и ресурсы. А уж во имя чего на них накладывать лапу, уже неважно. В 19 века это было, повторю, право торговать в чужой стране дурью. Сейчас это «защита территориальной целостности суверенного государства». Суть не меняется. Грабеж и обман во имя собственной выгоды. Во имя них в жертву приносится все - включая самими же англичанами придуманные постулаты о верховенстве права и незыблемости частной собственности. Ничего святого. 

Но не дождутся! На колени не встану, каяться не буду. 10 лет воевал с англичанами и не сдавался, не сдамся и сейчас. 

Санкции так санкции, чем бы они не обосновывались. 

И Россия не сдастся. В этом, уверен, сейчас никто не сомневается. 

Поэтому хочу конкретно обратиться напрямую к молодым. К следующим поколениям. 

Друзья! Не верьте лозунгам. Смотрите всегда в суть. А по сути всё это словоблудие насчёт западной свободы, демократии, экологии, верховенства закона, свободного суда - это все фейк. Обман своих и приманка для чужих. 

Говорю это как едва ли ни первый российский бизнесмен, который еще в 1986 перебрался в Лондон и создал там успешный бизнес. Первым перебрался и первым сбежал домой. Звал коллег и друзей одуматься и вернуться. Теперь все, что они заработали в России у них в Лондоне отнимают. Прямо как…, не буду говорить как кто, а то еще и в гомофобии обвинят. 

Не вкладывайте туда ни свои капиталы, ни свои таланты и способности. Не посылайте своих детей туда учиться. Уж поверьте, я знаю, что учителя там сажают наших детей на дурь, а тем временем присматривают среди их родителей кандидатов на судебные тяжбы. Ведь сутяжничество у них в крови не потому, что верят своим судам, а потому, что дело уж больно доходное, особенно, когда адвокатам можно обчищать иностранцев. 

В России слишком долго верили в непогрешимость матери всех демократий. Верили все. Помню, с каким уважением ко всему, что он там видел, относился к Англии В.В.Путин во время первого своего зарубежного визита (а визит был именно в Лондон, в Букингемский дворец). 

Не верьте в их инвестиции. В Би-Пи использовали свои активы Россию для поднятия капитализации и накручивания дивидендов. А заработав миллиарды, сбежали. Вот этом плюнули в колодец, из которого черпали свои дивиденды и кинули своих партнёров, которые их в Россию пригласили. 

Не ведитесь. Разочарование неизбежно. 

Так что вкладывайте у себя, растите детей у себя.

On August 2, the specially created sanctions unit of the UK Treasury Department updated the wording that caused the UK to impose them against me three months ago. Now I am no longer their enemy, not because in some unknown way I "undermine the territorial integrity of Ukraine," but because I support the Russian government by doing business in a strategic sector, specifically in communications and digital technology.

It is clear why the wording has been changed - my lawyers have already sent an appeal to Brussels, where they proved the absurdity of the justification recorded there for imposing sanctions specifically against me.

In Brussels, everything is still the same, but the Brits have already got up to speed. They found that I had financially supported a startup for the creation of the youth social network Talkme, and they turned this step into support for the government. The entire Talkme project, along with Musicgramm, is only three hundred million rubles, while Russia makes a billion dollars a day in energy.

 They just couldn't find anything else to tie it to. I'm sure if I invested money in manufacturing condoms in Russia, I'd be accused of producing equipment for Russian soldiers. It's strange that they didn't use my other, more serious project to grow millions of trees in Russia. They could have come up with the idea that I was supporting the logging industry, too.

I have an old score with the British. I started my business back at the turn of the nineties in London. I had a good house there, a great collection of paintings, and my family lived there. There was a time when I believed in British democracy, British justice, and the sanctity of private property, seeing them as the most consistent alternative to Soviet communism.

I admit that I was wrong. I came to realize it definitively after the British, with the help of the British justice system that used my ex-wife, tried to confiscate half my earnings in Russia. And they started it literally the day after I had sold my main Russian asset.

I didn't give up then. I fought a decade-long war alone against the entire British justice system-and I didn't let them get their way. It was difficult. My enemies all over the world bribed judges, used my children as hostages. But they did not break me. Even though now I have no house and no collection of paintings in London.

Now there is revenge.

The English are always avenging their failures. They always act in a sneaky, backstabbing way. Somehow they decided that the whole world exists only for them, the inhabitants of a small island, where there is nothing, to be happy. And they act accordingly - shamelessly and traitorously.

When in Russia in his own bedroom Emperor Paul was killed by his own officers, the threads of the plot went to the British embassy. When Paul's great-grandson Nicholas was overthrown, the British royal couple refused to grant him and his family asylum. As a result, the royal family was shot. Their blood is not only on the Bolsheviks, their blood is on the British. Not to mention the fact that the overthrow of Nicholas was also in no small part the merit of the British embassy.

But there was also the looting of India and the cynical destruction of the vast Chinese empire in the name of the right of the British to trade opium there and to poison the Chinese without hindrance.

For years I had warned my friends to get out of England and go home. They did not believe me, thinking that my experience would not affect them. Now it has, all a hundred times over.

And not everyone understands - Ukraine is a pretext. Cynicism. The British care about two things - money and resources. And in the name of what to get their hands on them, it does not matter. In the 19th century, it was, I repeat, the right to sell dope in a foreign country. Now it is "protection of the territorial integrity of a sovereign state. The essence does not change. Robbery and deceit in the name of self-interest. In their name, everything is sacrificed - including the same British invented postulates about the rule of law and the sanctity of private property. Nothing is sacred.

But they won't wait! I will not kneel, I will not repent. For ten years I fought the English and did not surrender, and I will not surrender now.

Sanctions are sanctions, no matter how they are justified.

And Russia will not give up. No one doubts that now, I'm sure.

So I want to speak directly to the young people. To the next generations.

Friends! Do not believe the slogans. Always look at the essence. In fact, all this verbiage about Western freedom, democracy, ecology, the rule of law, free courts - it's all a fake. A hoax for our own and a bait for others.

I say this as almost the first Russian businessman who, back in 1986, moved to London and set up a successful business there. He was the first to move there and the first to go home. He called his colleagues and friends to come to their senses and come back. Now everything they earned in Russia is being taken away from them in London. Just like..., I won't say like who, or else they will be accused of homophobia.

Don't invest your capital or your talents and abilities there. Don't send your children there to study. Believe me, I know that the teachers there put our children on drugs, and in the meantime they look out for litigious candidates among their parents. After all, litigation is in their blood, not because they believe in their courts, but because it's a very profitable business, especially when lawyers can steal from foreigners.

In Russia, for too long they believed in the infallibility of the mother of all democracies. Everybody did. I remember the respect Vladimir Putin had for everything he saw in England during his first foreign visit (which was to London, to Buckingham Palace).

Do not believe in their investments. B.P. used their assets Russia to raise capitalization and pad dividends. And when they made billions, they fled. Here they spit in the well from which they drew their dividends and ditched their partners who invited them to Russia.

Don't be fooled. Disappointment is inevitable.

So invest in your own country, raise your children in your own country.
