Name Rounds vs Number Rounds in the Daily Plain Game

The Daily Plain Game on plaingame.fun is seven rounds: five name rounds and two number rounds, thirty seconds each. The two number rounds are where ratio scoring and year scoring diverge, so treat them as a different skill.

What each kind asks

From how to play and scoring:

• Name rounds: pick the closer label; accuracy still feeds altitude.
• Number rounds: positive values use a ratio curve; calendar years use absolute years off—do not mix the two.
• One hidden Golden Round doubles that round’s path toward a 1,000-point perfect flight.
