Supermodel Kate Moss , who once upon a time was famed for her love of late night parties, drinking and for allegedly saying 'why the f*ck can't I have fun all the time?', has been subtly evolving over the past few years – embracing sobriety , gardening and a slower pace of life in the Cotswolds. Now, she's marrying her passion for wellness into the launch of a new health and beauty brand, COSMOSS, set to rival the likes of Gwyneth Paltrow 's Goop and Kourtney Kardashian 's Poosh.
Set to officially launch on 1 September, Kate's new line is described as being a "curated edit of beauty and wellness products to balance and rejuvenate" and is apparently set to include everything from herbal teas, to CBD-infused face oils. Currently, the website is yet to go live but the Daily Mail previously reported that the teas come in at £21 a pack and the face oil retails from £98 (but this could all have changed - so don't take that as gospel!).
So far, Kate's team have told us here at Cosmopolitan UK that the brand is "grounded in a deep, personal connection to wellbeing, spirituality, and optimism, this is a collection with a difference".
They add that COSMOSS draws on "Kate’s extraordinary life experiences, her own wellness journey, and her personal transformation" via a nurturing collection of products that bring to life natural remedies to restore and rebalance "helping you to find inner harmony and vitality".
To celebrate the launch of her exciting new venture, Kate shared a dreamy-looking promotional video on Instagram, via her Kate Moss Agency account. In the clip she can be seen walking through a lake whilst naked, before diving in for a swim, as her voice is dubbed over the top saying "Follow me to COSMOSS".
A caption accompanying the upload reads: "Mesmerising and magical. COSMOSS is self-care created for life’s modern journeys. @Cosmoss".
Naturally, friends and fans were quick to flood the comments with messages of support for Kate, with fashion designer Bella Freud writing, "If it makes your bum look that good I’m getting some. ❤️"
Fellow model-turned-chef Rosemary Ferguson added, "❤️😍❤️😍❤️😍😍❤️❤️😍❤️ HUGE CONGRATULATIONS 😍😍".
Actor Jaime Winstone also chimed in with, "❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥 so gorgeous".

A new federal court decision illustrates the competing concerns with Trans student access to locker ... [+] rooms and bathrooms.
Do students have a “visual right to privacy” when it comes to their “unclothed or partially clothed bodies?” This is an important question and the courts are giving different answers. The issue comes up when transgender students seek access to the bathrooms and locker rooms designated for their identified genders rather than for their anatomical/genetic gender.
The latest case comes from an Illinois school district that allows students to use the bathrooms and locker rooms of their identified genders. In that district, a genetic boy who identifies as a girl can use the girl’s bathroom and locker room and vice versa.
It is true that transgender students have good reasons for wanting to use the locker rooms of their identified gender. "Transgender individuals experience extremely high rates of harassment and violence when forced to use restrooms that accord with the sex assigned to them at birth," according to an attorney for the American Civil Liberties Union .
However, as the Illinois case shows, allowing anatomically male students to use girl’s locker rooms and bathrooms can cause significant problems as well. According to a decision issued last week by Federal Judge Jorge Alonso , the plaintiffs allege that, “A female student (who is not a plaintiff but who had been sexually assaulted previously) was exposed to Student A’s penis.” The plaintiffs also allege that another female student “wears soiled, sweaty gym clothes under her school clothes for the rest of the school day” in order to avoid having to change her clothes in the locker room. Other students allege that they avoid using the bathrooms altogether.
One way to look at this is that these girls are simply being transphobic and their concerns must yield to the rights of transgendered students. Others are more sympathetic to the girls’ concerns. The public is almost evenly split on this issue: “Currently, Americans are split on what public restroom access policies should be -- they are about as likely to say transgender individuals should be required to use a bathroom that corresponds to their birth gender (48%) as to say a transgender person should be allowed to use a bathroom that corresponds to their gender identity (45%). Seven percent have no opinion on the issue.”
From a legal point of view, a crucial question is whether the students who do not want to be seen fully or partially naked by students of the anatomically opposite sex or who do not want to be inadvertently exposed to a student’s penis have a constitutional right to privacy. The courts have long a recognized a physical right to privacy. For example, an arrestee who is physically strip searched by a guard of the opposite sex may have a valid claim that his or her right to privacy was violated. But what if they were just observed naked without being touched?
The courts disagree on this point. Judge Alonso held that there is no right to visual bodily privacy. That is too bad, because students, especially adolescents, need to have their privacy respected. Surely it violates the rights of students if, say, a teacher of the opposite gender walks into a locker room without knocking when students are undressed. And in cases where a student is a sexual assault survivor, her interest in not suddenly coming across the exposed penis of another student seems obvious.
Another court, a federal appellate court in Pennsylvania, issued a far better decision last year. It held, “If there were any doubt . . . that the constitution recognizes a right to privacy in a person's unclothed or partially clothed body, we hold today that such a right exists.” Similarly, a federal appellate court in New York held that “We cannot conceive of a more basic subject of privacy than the naked body. The desire to shield one's unclothed figure from the view of strangers, and particularly strangers of the opposite sex, is impelled by elementary self-respect and personal dignity.”
Of course, recognizing such a right does not mean that schools should ban transgendered persons from the locker rooms of the gender that they identify with. In fact, the Pennsylvania court sided with the transgendered student holding that the interest in non-discrimination against transgendered students out-weighed the privacy interest in that case.
So acknowledging the students’ right to privacy doesn’t give an automatic answer to the complex question of transgender access to school locker rooms and bathrooms. But acknowledging that students, especially sexual assault survivors, have real interests as well means that schools will need to do their best to balance everyone’s well-being. It is no wonder that the public is so deeply divided on this issue—there are compelling concerns on both sides. Advocates for the transgendered are right to challenge bogus claims such as the argument that allowing Trans students their choice of bathrooms represents a physical danger to other students . But students with privacy concerns cannot simply be dismissed as transphobic. Also, while advocates for Trans students may sincerely believe that a Trans girl is indeed a girl whatever her anatomy may be, it is clear that there is no societal consensus on this and many girls feel otherwise. Society must treat all of these students with respect and do its best to accommodate everyone’s needs.

Alice Matthews, who goes to a school in Hampshire, says other students also received grades in Art without having sat the exam. When she received her results, she was shocked
A schoolgirl has told of her shock at opening her GCSE results - and getting a grade in a subject she didn’t even take.
Alice Matthews, 16, got her long-awaited email with her exam results this morning while on holiday in Spain.
But when the student, who goes to a school in Hampshire, opened the certificate she got a shock - and not the kind she had feared.
Alice says: “When my results came in I was happy with the grades, until I saw that I’d got a grade in Art, which I didn’t take.
“I was confused but mainly worried in case it meant I’d got someone else’s results and they got mine.
“It definitely didn’t help with the exam results stress.
“It makes me wonder how many other students around the country have got the wrong grades, or grades in the wrong subjects?
"With Covid disrupting our learning and yet us still having to do exams but even the advanced information not being correct, and now with some of our results not even including the correct subjects, it’s frustrating to say the least for us.”
A friend who was with Alice when she opened her results said: “It was quite a surprise. It made Alice worry about the validity of her other results.
“We also wondered if there is an Alice Matthews somewhere missing an art grade.
“Alice messaged a few friends and apparently she isn’t the only one to receive an art grade when they didn’t take the subject. And another friend did take art and was missing her grade.
“Her school don’t have Alice with an art grade, so it seems to be an issue with the exam board, which is WJEC.”
Alice has since received updated results without the art grade, but no explanation about the blunder.
A spokesman for exam board WJEC insisted that no issues have been reported to them with regards to Alice's school. He added: "Given there isn't an issue, we have nothing further to add."
