I really enjoyed the breakfast wrap and healthy menu options. I've only visited this place during the pandemic and I thought everything seemed clean and organized. I like that it's easy to order for pickup.
Salads aren't usually the most exciting food in the world but sometimes it's good to eat a little healthier. I think that Naked Greens does a pretty good job in terms of freshness and making salad interesting. You can either order a salad choice from the menu or make your own from the many ingredients they have available. I tried the "Awesome Avocado" which is lettuce, avocado, sweet lime shrimp, hearts of palms and corn with a red wine vinaigrette. Although you can't really tell from my photo, there was a decent amount of shrimp in the salad and nearly half an avocado. It's definitely quite pricey ($11) but salads are expensive pretty much anywhere you go so it's nothing out of the ordinary. This isn't something I would eat every day but it's nice to know it's here for when I do want a nice bowl of veggies.
Excellent Salads with a great selection of lettuce and ingredients. I'm impressed with the quantity and quality of the food. Everything is super fresh. Well staffed/handled good size lunch time crowd with out much wait today. Soups are made from scratch on premise. Excellent flavors.
Even Better than Soup Alley was. Naked Greens is located where Soup Alley was before they closed. It has a makeover and feels to me more like a chain. The salad section is greatly expanded. You can pick from their menu of salads or pick your own ingredients. My wife and I really enjoy the chopped salads, especially, Southwest Sensation with grilled steak, but honestly I haven't had a salad I didn't love there. The soup section is slightly smaller than Soup Alley, but I'd bet they use the same recipes. I love that you can try a few and pick the one you want. Its a great lunch or dinner at a very reasonable cost. They also have a great selection of grilled cheese sandwiches, but I haven't tried one yet. I wish they delivered.
I just paid $12 for this wrap, and when I opened it this is what I saw. When I picked it up it instantly fell apart into a pile of hot lettuce and a few cubes of chicken. I couldn't even eat it, I tried eating the remnants with a fork before eventually giving up. Really not cool. :( Just want to say for the record that the people that work here have always been very nice. Hopefully this was just a bad day but I'm really bummed considering how long I waited for it and how expensive it was.
The options are endless! It has a stark modern interior. Ultra clean, which is a huge plus. There must have been 8 different hot soup options. I selected the chipotle cauliflower which was outstanding. I would certainly return to try others. The salad bar offers a plethora of fresh options and ,any add ones to tailor it to your taste. Everything is either by weight, size & a la cart. Very pricy once it's all said and done. Eat in comfortably or quick take out.
Today Sunday Dec 13 at 3:25pm i entered the store and ordered 2 large containers of meat chilli. I requested not to be watery as in the past few times. They had to heat up chilli in the back for one of the containers and after waiting for it i checked it out and it was very watery. I asked the server to please drain of the water. Her response was Thats the way it comes. I politely asked again and she began arguing with me. Why didnt she just drain it off. She argued more and a customer then joined in and the two escalated the arguing. When i asked again they escalated arguing more. I just left unhappy and without my order.
I really liked my salad. It was speedy and fresh. My husband and I left very satisfied. Lots of chic and avocado so nice and filling. Could use a glass of wine! Or a cocktail but I suppose that may not be exactly your concept! I would go back (but I may have a roady in my purse). Just kidding. :)

It was my first time visiting a Naked Greens chain in Wilton, CT, and I am salivating at the opportunity to go back! My little area in Southeastern Connecticut doesn't have a Naked Greens, but in my travels I will look out for this eatery, definitely! Everything is healthy and customized. I loved that you can get fresh, squeezed fruit/veggie juice, delicious soup and either a bowl, wrap or salad that was customized to your liking. Try it!!!
There are so many fresh options to pick from! I use to love this place but I always felt guilty leaving it. You only get to pick 4 toppings and then every additional topping is expensive. $3 extra for a scoop of chicken and $1.50 for 3 slivers of avocado. Your salad quickly adds up. Other salad places like Chopt charge about the same, but at least there's a large scoop and half an avocado added. I'll probably continue going to Naked Greens when I'm craving an extra healthy meal, but custom salad are truly expensive these days. Mind as well just buy a few ingredients and make it at home!!
When you pay for avocado and they use a tong to pick up 3 skinny slivers.
Less than 10 minutes off of the Merritt, this is a great spot to stop when on the road and wanting food that isn't slowly giving you colon cancer. They've lots of curated salads on their menu, or you can improvise your own; they have an extensive array of ingredient options. If you don't have time to eat your vegetables, you can have them juiced or made into a smoothie to easily enjoy in the car. (And if someone in the car protests stopping at a vegetable restaurant, they also have soups and a selection of grilled cheese sandwiches.) The price is higher than typical fast food, but you're in Fairfield County and you aren't eating fried carbs. The staff sort of mills around behind the counter with no obvious workstation--which can confuse a new customer--but they're always friendly; just walk up, ask for food, and someone will feed you.

I love Naked Juice green machine and have enjoyed it for years! So I’m very excited to share with you my yummy, home version. It tastes fantastic! Since I created it, my husband and I have enjoyed it every day! It’s such a healthy and amazingly delicious way to fill up on both fruits and veggies. Each serving has 137 calories and 0 fat. My recipe is a brighter green drink. Kids love it! What a great breakfast or snack on the run!!!
In a blender, add apples, pineapple juice, mango, and broccoli. Blend on highest setting until smooth. Add spinach, kale, kiwi, and banana. Continue to blend on the highest setting until smooth. This drink is quite thick. I love it that way! If desired, add a little more pineapple or apple juice to make it thinner.
Store in the refrigerator. It will keep for several days. Mix together again before serving.

Air Fryer Chick-Fil-A Nuggets (Copycat) If you’re craving chicken nuggets, I hope you’ll give these fantastic, guilt-free ones a try! It’s my copycat version of Chick-fil-A Nuggets. I made them skinny by baking them in an air fryer. You’ll notice there is one strange ingredient. To get the flavor…
Make at Home-Jamba Juice’s Pomegranate Paradise Smoothie, Delightful and Dairy Free It’s one of Jamba’s very popular “all fruit” smoothies. Most of their original smoothies contain frozen yogurt or sherbet, but not this one. It’s just juice and frozen fruit!  Jamba Juice’s 16 oz size has 240 calories. My home…
Do you cook any of the vegetables before blending them?
Thanks!!
No cooking involved Jan. Everything goes in the blender raw.
All the best,
Nancy
What apples did you use? My non verbal son loves it, and has been drinking it for years too, he is 6 now.. excited to make my own.. what about adding spurlina? Thank you! Wendy
What apples did you use for recipe? I love this drink and so does my non verbal so, it’s been expensive buying it!
Wendy I usually use organic Gala or Fuji and when available, Envy.
I think you’ll really enjoy my copy-cat recipe!
My best,
Nancy
It’s such a healthy drink. Whenever I serve mine to kids, they love it. I hope your son does too.
Wendy, I’ve never added spirulina to mine.
Thank you it sounds yummy, and thanks for quick response!
Happy to help Wendy. Reach out any time!
Delicious! Just wish I knew how to get rid of the graininess
I’m glad to hear you enjoyed this, Kimra! As far as the graininess, maybe your blender isn’t powerful enough. You don’t need an expensive one either. Mine is an Oster but it’s quite powerful. Or, try to blend it longer. You can even add a few tablespoons of water to help blend it.
Best of luck!
Nancy
The cystine levels in this drink coupled with whipping cream for fat literally helps to reduce my son’s neurological issues!!!! He has autism. The broccoli, kale, and spinach are all full of cysteine and thyroid friendly nutrients. The fatty acids found in the mangos (ALA) and such help with brain function. It helps me tremendously with the MTHFR issues.
That’s such wonderful news, Michelle!
Wishing you both all the best,
Nancy
Very tasty. I’m starting off the new year with eating and drinking better. The only I issue I have with this is the texture. I actually took the time to add more juice and run it through a cheese cloth lol. I do not like pulp at all. I know I’m a big baby. But the flavor is very good.
You are right about the thickness, Stacy. That’s what I love about it. But I understand if you don’t like pulp.
Sorry!
My best,
Nancy

Have you ever tired a copycat recipe for V8? That’s what we drink in our house, but lately I haven’t been buying it because it’s gotten so expensive. Thanks for all the work you do to give us all these wonderful recipes.
I haven’t tried a copy-cat version of V8 but love the idea. Thank you! I’m going to see what I can come up with.
And thanks so much for your kind words. I so appreciate it, Rosa!
All the best,
Nancy
Thank you so much for this. My little guy is autistic and hates fruits and veggies. I add hemp seeds for more fat. Thanks a lot
I’m so glad this drink is working out for your son, Jasmine! I love the idea of adding hemp seeds.
All the best,
Nancy
