Why are they not answering their phone are they closed?
Currently, during pandemic, their hours are from 4pm to 9pm for take out and dine-in. They are not open for lunch time hence why nobody answers the phone prior to 4pm.
Do they have a different number? Every time I call it's busy.
Not sure if there is a different number. However they may be offering take out so best go there direct and ask. Sorry I don't have a better answer than this.

We've gone to Naked Fish many times over the years. They are the only place which makes a Grilled Seafood Salad (that I'm aware of), and they prepare the food the way you want it. This time, it was my 17 year old daughter's choice to go to Naked Fish for her birthday. She had grilled salmon and fries. My husband had the Parmesan Crusted Tilapia over Wilted Spinach; he's had it before and it is consistently delicious. Wait staff was attentive, polite and friendly. We went on a weekday; it was fairly quiet. On other occasions, we've had large family gatherings in the back room. They have a good choice of non-fish items, and have enough non-meat/fish items to make vegetarians happy (my sister is a vegetarian and has been quite happy it their food).
Greatly disappointed with the Naked Fish Restaurant. I was expecting a lively Cuban experience with tasty food. The food was bland and the service was average at best.
Table was dirty...food on the benches...food slung on the wall. Food was salty and over sauced....not fresh
Excellent food. Initially the service was good but then the place got busy and our server vanished. Maybe they need more wait staff.

The reviews on OpenTable were much better than the place actually was. Food was mediocre and seemed like they aim for quantity over quality. Server was pleasant but not knowledgable and definitely not attentive. Had to repeatedly track her down for water refill, drink refills and check at end.
The restaurant is excellent. Food delicious and always fresh! Owner is wonderful! Can't say enough good things about it!

My husband and I were visiting our daughter who had recently moved to Waltham. We were looking for a good place to eat without going too far. The Naked FISH was great- especially booked via OPEN table! NO wait, ready for us when we got there , had a small seating area outside of the main dinning room and the food and drinks were great.
Not a happy experience. Visiting from Los Angeles, this was our first time at Naked Fish. There were some food allergy issues that the waitress was not up on and didn't seem to care about. An onion and garlic allergy includes scallions. It's an onion, right? After waiting a very long time for dinner to arrive, one person's dinner had to be sent back, only to wait much too long for a fixed plate. Iced tea was not kept refilled; waitress rarely was seen. Very disappointing and very expensive for what you get (quantity-wise). Also, we made a reservation and still had to wait 40 minutes after our reservation time to be seated.
It was just ok. Out of the four of us nobody was particularly excited about their food choices. There was nothing particularly wrong - the fish dishes just weren't that special.
This was good, but if you were thinking of the old Naked Fish, the only thing that is the same is the name. If others with me want to go i would, but im not making a special trip to go back.

Took my nephew and his wife to dinner. Service was fast and did not interfere with our conversation. I had baked haddock which was well cooked. My guests had s requested the venue after a previous visit.
Good food except for the house salad which is incomplete and overpriced.

Was in town for business for one night. Opted for places that were close to the hotel we're staying at and stumbled upon this place in the restaurant listing. All I can say is wow! I have not had a meal this good since I don't know how long.

I opted for the Catalan stew which is a tomato broth based soup filled with shrimp, scallops, and mussels. I am not a mussels fan so I was able to replace the mussels with extra scallops. The seasoning was on point a hundred percent and just right. The food came out steaming hot just the way I like it & when our server asked how our meals were all I could do was shake my head. I couldn't even open my mouth to tell her how good it was.

My dinner mate opted for the scallops risotto and she too said it was to die for. All in all it was a great experience. We were seated right away upon arrival although I had made a reservation just in case they were very busy. Our server was friendly, attentive and available to meet our needs.

It wasn't too busy at the time we arrived but it had picked up a bit before we departed. I would highly recommend this establishment and if ever in the area again or even if I wasn't so much in the area (I might make it a point to get in the area to make a stop here once more) I would definitely return.

Naked fish is consistently good. I've been there many times and it's always good.
Its my own fault. Havent been in years. Many have closed down. Those used to be great. No with one left is like the 99 of seafood. No thank you.
Always the best: Papa and the staff are always looking after the diners. Friendly and accommodating. If you don't find it on the menu, ask. Food is great and creative. Never disappointing.
the sesame crusted mahi mahi was very dry, would not order again. the scallops and haddock were good.
Excellent Coconut Cod and garlicky kale. The lobster salad looked good, as well. Really enjoy the fish dishes here, which are their specialty. Also, the Cuban influence makes a nice touch.
Never Disappointed. Had the salad with walnuts, blue cheese, chicken and it was awesome. Friend had the halibut special, which was small but also really good
It's a great date spot. I had the black bean soup, which I didn't love but it was alright, and calamari, which was excellent. The Cuban sandwich was passable--it had all the elements (except mustard which I know is a debate), but the bread was ciabatta or something instead of a bread that could be pressed flat like the Cuban sandwich is supposed to be. The fish tacos were fantastic. Perfectly done fish, perfect portion. And the caipirinhas were pretty good.
We had a reservation for 7 people and our table was ready. The service was a bit slow, but we saw that our waitress was busy with other tables. All but one enjoyed the meal. One dish was too spicy and it was not clear on the menu that it would be spicy. When the waitress was told, she asked if she could bring another meal and she put a rush on it. At the end of the meal we all agreed that we would meet there again. Since we came from different areas, the location was great as were our meals. We will return.
Let me start by saying I LOVE the Naked Fish and look forward to eating there anytime we get up 128 North. This occasion was no different and the meals were delicious. My coconut encrusted haddock with orange sauce was, per usual, perfect. What really threw me was the cost of the three Fireball shots I got for myself and two friends at the bar before hand....$30! Unacceptable. We all know good things costs money but $10 Fireball shots? This was not a large pour either. I've.....done quite a few shots in my lifetime and know the volume of an ounce and this was it. Fine. But charge for one shot of 70 proof Fireball. That said, I will come back again and again to the Naked Fish. I just won't be doing shots at the bar!

Naked Fish was very good it had good service. food was very good and fresh the chef obviously knew what it was doing . I would recommend it to Friends and the price was fair.
It was a fun evening at Naked Fish. Our server was very pleasant. Drinks came quickly. Paella was delicious. We were traveling from Maine and were so happy to find a Naked Fish open. The ones near us had closed. Still a great place for good fish dinner with lots of menu options.

Good to very good fish entrees (depending on what you get). The sides are always awesome and the craft cocktails are delicious. Try the margarita with Grand Marnier. Excellent!
Food marginal. Tables were crammed next to each other so felted like you were on top of everyone
