In an unprecedented move, the Natura Media Group (NGA) and the Natura Institute have issued an official report to the media about the actions of the Natura Media Group and its affiliated groups.

In the report, dated October 8, 2012, the NGA stated that a section of the public was aware that the former Natura-run TV station was a media mouthpiece aimed at promoting the Natura s Bama and Bangladesh agenda. According to the report, the NGA stated that the NGA s staff would use propaganda tools to spread false information. According to the reports, senior staff members from the NGA had even been caught disseminating propaganda to Bama, Bangladesh. On August 21, 2012, News24, the NGA and the Institute issued documents describing the activities of the NGA and its affiliated entities. These documents also indicated that they were preparing a new NGA video program that would be released within the next few days. However, in the very next day, the NGA issued an alert to the NGA media and also issued an announcement to the NGA Institute. At this time, the NGA has withdrawn its mandate and no further plans for a Bama Bangladesh Program .

The NGA report also states that, the NGA has decided to withdraw its official responsibility to promote Bama and Bangladesh
