"Lindemann launched the Na Chui project. On February 14, he posted the Till the End video, shot in St. Petersburg, on an adult website. Girls from Russia took part in the filming. In the video, they have sex with a musician, and all explicit scenes are shown uncensored.
A few days later, users of "Dvacha", calling the actresses "our Russian" Natashki "", published links to their pages on social networks. They claim to have found all the girls, including the “mother” who “supplied” them. After this, the actresses began to receive insults and threats, now the pages of most of them have been deleted.
Subscribers of the “Male State” public on VKontakte joined the bullying. The court sentenced its creator Vladislav Pozdnyakov to a suspended sentence for inciting hatred of women, but then canceled the sentence in connection with the decriminalization of Article 282. Four more persons involved in the case received real sentences.
Pozdnyakov claims that he did not call for "killing the participants" of the video. “I said something like this:“ If in Russia there is a lone nationalist who kills them, I will not feel sorry for them. ” There was no call to kill, beat, and so on, ”he wrote. Pozdnyakov assured that “on his part there were no public calls for harassment” of girls who “dishonored the Russian nation”. “At least in open areas,” he added.
At the same time, Pozdnyakov confirmed that he had threatened one of the actresses, and published audio recordings that he sent her. He also appealed to the Ministry of Internal Affairs with a request to attract “at least” her for the production and circulation of pornographic materials.
Some of the girls mentioned by the two said that they did not star in the video, but collaborated with the leader of Rammstein on another project. Actress Lyubov Ivanova wrote on instagram that she took part in the filming of the Platz Eins video, and she learned about the existence of the second video only on the day of the premiere.
“There can be no my participation there. Any representative of project management can confirm this, ”she says. Ivanova added that “the threats do come”: “Someone is threatening reprisals, someone is alerting relatives.”
The actress, who wished not to give her name, told Fontanka that even those who did not take part in the filming began to receive threats: “They began to write to those who simply had photographs with Till, but they were not involved in the filming, to extras. I know at least three of these girls. About 20 girls from the filming participants receive threats. ”
The girl added that "very afraid." Users write to her that they know her address. The address of another actress they posted in one of the telegram channels.
“My family is in shock. Letters were sent to my brother that they were looking for a sister. I have no one to turn to, I have no high-ranking friends. I only have a police number, but I understand that because of simple threats they will not help and will not give protection, ”the Fontanka interlocutor said, adding that she had stopped leaving the house.
In the meantime, Roman Kotik, an assistant to the deputy of the legislative assembly and entrepreneur from Novosibirsk, turned to the mayor of the city with a request to ban the March concert of Rammstein.
“The German performer is touring the land for which our grandfathers fought, propagandizing debauchery and violence, singing frivolous songs in German and using Russian women to satisfy their sexual needs. The question arises: 75 years of Victory over whom we will celebrate? ” - the letter says.
Unprotected BDSM Sex Orgy Porno Video: On February 14th Till Lindemann released an arty porn video (or a sexual art video depending on your take on it?) to promote the song "Till The End" (which featured Till Lindemanns vocals). The music video featured Till Lindemann having unprotected sex in an orgy with various members of his "harem" (many members of which are of Russian nationality).
Not Pornstars: Although all parties were consenting, only one of the girls in the video was a professional porn actress (an American/Californian pornstar who goes under the name Charlotte Sartre).
Russian Location: The video was filmed in the city of St Petersburg.
Context: Till The End is song by Na Chui which features Till Lindemann on vocals and is a follow-up song to the Lindemann song Platz Eins (whose music video contained some footage shot from the same orgy). Although the sound of the song is very different to Platz Eins, together when combined with other recent releases, it is supposed to form a broader narrative to do with Till Lindemann.
Not a porn company: The video was shot and directed by German music video and advertising directer Zoran Bihac (who is also a friend of Till Lindemann). Although Till The End made its debut on a pornography site (VISIT-X), Zoran's company Flaming Star is not a porn company.
Easily Identifiable online: Most of the girls in Till The End featured were age 20-25+, had pressences on Instagram (where some listed their credentials as doing modelling, acting and performance) and were easily identifiable due to them using their real names on Instagram. After the release of the video, it was made even more easy to identify who the girls were after the director Zoran and Alena Makeeva (a Russian model who plays a role of helping introduce and get groupies into Rammsteins after-show parties and procuring girls for Till Lindemanns harem) began tagging the girls featured in the video in posts online (which they in turn were happy about at the time, with some posting up pictures of themselves in response to the posts).
2ch gets involved: Users of the website 2ch then posted images of all the girls who participated in Till The End as well as of Alena Makeeva, posting with links to their social media pages and as well as revealing other private information. Death threats and other hate mail then ensued towards all the women (which forced most of them to delete their social media pages and posts).
Male State gets involved: However members of the Russian far-right group "Male State" then decided to join in on the online attacks. The creator of the group (Vladislav Pozdnyakov) announced "If in Russia there is a lone nationalist who kills them, I will not feel sorry for them", causing all the women to fear for their lives.
The Accusations: The reasons why Male State took such offence to Till The End was because it was filmed in the year of Russia's 75th anniversary of Victory Day (the surrender of Nazi Germany) and the Soviet Union’s liberation of WWII prisoners of war. They believe that Till Lindemann (a German man whose father was a Nazi and who is also the frontman of Rammstein, which in the past, the press have sometimes accused of being Nazi's) filming himself having an orgy (which featured a lot of rough/abusive sex) with Russian women in the Russian city of St Petersburg and then releasing the footage as part of a project titled "Na Chui" (a Russian swearword, which literally means 'on a cock', but in context it's used like 'fuck' as in 'fuck off'), was not an innocent coincidence and that he intentionally released Till The End as a deliberate middle finger to the people of Russia. The group feel that the women (who are mostly of Russian nationality) who appeared in the "obscene" video are treasonous to their country and an affront to its values (the girls were called by the group "Disgrace to the nation actresses" ).
Families and friends recieve threats, members of the public get dragged in: After identifying the girls, families and friends of the girls also began to recieve threats. Home addresses of the girls were also posted online. Also, girls which had simply had selfies taken with Till Lindemann while he was travelling through the city of St Petersburg at the time of the shooting (but who had not featured in Till The End nor Platz Eins) began to recieve hate mail and threats online after being identified through their selfie photos with him on Instagram.
No Legal Protection: One of the girls featured Till The End tried going to the police about the death threats that she and her family were recieving however her case was dismissed under Article 282 and her lawyer was not able to offer her any legal protection from the threats.
Platz Eins actress not informed: Actress Lyubov Ivanova wrote on instagram that she took part in the filming of the Platz Eins video and that she only learned about the existence of the second video (Till The End) on the day of its premiere (and since then, she too has been recieving threats).
Outcry from Russia, calls for Rammstein Russia Tour Ban: Roman Kotik, an assistant to the deputy of the legislative assembly and entrepreneur from Novosibirsk, turned to the mayor of the city with a request to ban the March concert of Rammstein. “The German performer is touring the land for which our grandfathers fought, propagandizing debauchery and violence, singing frivolous songs in German and using Russian women to satisfy their sexual needs. The question arises: 75 years of Victory over whom we will celebrate? ” - the letter says. The esteemed veteran Russian singer Lev Leshchenko also recently denounced in a Moscow radio show Till Lindemann's release, calling it "disgusting, vulgar and dirty", saying that he felt that Lindemann went too far in trying to be controversial, that the whole thing was an affront to the countries Orthodox morals and values and he agreed that Rammstein should be banned from doing tours in Russia.
23 victims and counting: So far about 20 women who were involved in the filming of Platz Eins and Till The End have been targetted and 3 women who were not involved in the filming (but who took selfies with Till while he was travelling through St Petersburg) have also been targetted. Women and families affected have complained about being legally abandoned to fend for themselves alone.

Its why I had so much respect for what Richard and Paul did because it was a proper ballsy/brave thing to do in Russia (not least because Putin had stepped up his campaign against LBGT rights). I guess its possible that they may have had threats for it but never said anything about the matter (it is also likely too though that they have a lot better legal protection than what these girls had in place).
They most likely did received threads. I even remember seeing some under Jens Koch comment section - the one who took the photo. The russian backlash (hell, not nly russian) was HUGE. For some reason especially Richard was called awfully and on some forums is still getting a lot of hate. The guys were simply quiet about it though - they most likely received more death threads over the years than we can count, so they don't really give a damn.

This whole “Till’s father was a Nazi” rubs me the wrong way. He was drafted, into the Wehrmacht in 1943. He didn’t exactly have a choice. Granted, pretty much all of germany were Nazis at the time, but hell, he was a 17-18 year old kid, and a Wehrmacht soldier isn’t a SS-General or Concentration camp guard.
I don’t want to defend regular nazi-ism in the german population at the time, but in connection with Rammstein being accused if being right wing (which is. Not. True.), it just paints an icky picture. Werner Lindemann was a celebrated figure in the GDR, part of a SOVIET brotherhood later in life.

Whereas in the UK, for example, a drafted man could register as a "conscientious objector" and do other work (factories, farms, etc), in Nazi Germany it was mostly a case of either you fight or you die. And while a number of the Wehrmacht were members of the NSDAP, a lot were not and didn't want to be.

This. It needs to be mentioned. Yes, he was in the Wehrmacht because he had to be there. As you said, that is not the same as if he joined the NSDAP and supported them etc. I can understand those who say "but he should have stood up against it" but I feel like they are missing the bigger picture.
First of all, if you resisted against the draft in the Third Reich, you were either sent to a concentration camp or sentenced to death, so doing that means you are really hardcore about following your values, something which average 18-year-olds are not famous for. So even if Werner Lindemann knew about the terrors he'd be facing in the war (of which I do not know the likelyhood), he was might have been like "welp, I guess fighting in the war and maybe getting killed is better than certainly getting killed or likely starving or getting worked to death in a concentration camp".
Second, it is unlikely that he knew about the full extent of how evil the Nazis were. Although it was an open secret among the German population that Jews were being killed by the regime, the full extent of the Holocaust was certainly not. This extent was not known to foreign intelligence agencies until 1941 and parts of that information were published, but only on foreign radio stations, listening to which could get you killed (lots of people did it nonetheless though). Still, it was largely not believed. At first, the heads of state didn't believe it. And then, the population didn't believe it. For example in the US, even though many were informed about just how awful the Holocaust was, most didn't believe it, it just seems too awful to be true. Same goes for the few Germans who knew. Even the Jews waiting in front of the gas chambers did not know what was about to happen to them.
So to sum up, if Werner Lindemann had not been in the Wehrmacht, he would likely have been killed. And the reasons for being against the NSDAP were not nearly as strong as they are today, so he likely thought that not being one of millions of soldiers fighting for a regime that was not seen nearly as bad back then as now was not worth dying over. And who could blame him for that choice?

Its being going on in front of people's faces for years, but for obvious reasons, it hasn't been a subject for discussion until quite recently. Because everyone involved is "consenting adults" (and apparently money isn't exchanging any hands), its all very legal stuff, but you gotta admit the systematic fucking of groupies operation (of which staff play a part in organizing/making happen) that has emerged, while something I guess is not unsurprising that it developed over the years, when actually confronted with it in the broad light of day (the light being Till The End, which people are really only beginning to properly analyze now), it gives it gives off a pretty dubious and uneasy vibe.

The second half of the 20th century is filled with rockbands gathering and banging groupies all day. It doesn't come up as a surprise that this guy would do it as well, especially if he's hooked on sex. He has the means to get it, he has the means to choose, and he has the means to have other people organize it for him.
We can spend all day talking about consent, legal age and whatnot, and if that makes some feel more comfortable then good, but as long as these criterias are checked, it becomes irrelevant to what is really disturbing people here. You can be a 40-year old woman and consent to have sexual intercourse with a man and still come out damaged out of it. There's no foreseeing it.

I feel we're trying to draw a finite line between what's good and what's not, and nothing in between. We're trying to prevent bad things from happening to people, which is noble and, above all, moraly acceptable. But I don't believe it's possible. Men that love sex look out for women (or men) that arouse them in order to bang them. If they can have a lot of them, they will. What comes after, and the consequences it can have over someone else's life, may or may not matter to them because, quite frankly, it's the dick that does the thinking at that point. Again I'm not saying it's a good thing, I'm just saying I'm not sure morality can help change that for the best ("best" as in "less to no damage inflicted to people that will then spend the rest of their lives trying to get back on track"). It's not about morality. It's about flesh and power. You can't control the craving for flesh and power. Or maybe you can, but I do believe it's easier said than done. You can, however, know that it exists if people show it to you without filters. What you do with it is then up to you. But at least, you know.
This is why I believe this series of "uncensored" videos is so very interesting. It's a deep dive into a selfcentered sex-craving mind, a man who likes to own women, to have them as plenty and pretty as possible at his disposal, to no end. I don't know what her exact link on Instagram is, but its what the article states. But this whole project wasn't exactly well executed, and so it doesn't surprise me if communication between people was lacking (TBH, I don't think anyone anticipated that things would blow up this way).
Till has had or 25 years courting controversy but I think that this is probably the worst that the consequences have ever been for it.
I hope Till and Peter foresaw and prepared for this. If they leave these poor women to fend for themselves...
