We develop virtual assistants, smart devices and other AI/ML projects for customers all around the world.

About the role

Location:

Cyprus, Limassol is preferred.

Remote options - ready to discuss.

Salary: 6000-8000 euro net + ready to discuss higher salary options for experienced candidates)

Responsibilities:

- Design, train and implement NLP models of different complexity. We work with SoTA models and their combinations, tuning LLM, working with best ASR and TTS models and much more.

- Find bottlenecks in models performance and fix them;

- Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy

Requirements:

- 3+ years industrial background in NLP;

- Experience in transformers and LLM finetuning;

- Experience in named entities recognition, facts extraction and other voice assistance related NLU tasks is an advantage;

- Experience in search engines and recommendation systems is desired;

- Strong understanding of business needs and ability to"translate" them into the language of models
