I was attempting to purchase a Telegram number from a user with the handle @Soauw. After agreeing on a payment of ₹83 INR (about $1), I transferred the amount as discussed. However, immediately after confirming the payment, the user blocked me without delivering the promised number. This incident highlights a scam where small payments are taken with no intention of fulfilling the transaction. Please beware of dealing with this account or similar scams on Telegram.
