NEW REPORT #2510

PART 1
Traveling should be a seamless experience, but in my case, it turned into an absolute nightmare thanks to @JungleTravels, an outright scam posing as a travel agency. This company didn’t just fail at their job—they went above and beyond to ruin my plans, time and time again. Today, I’m here to expose them for the fraud they are, laying bare every moment of deception, incompetence, and manipulation they put me through. This is my story, and it’s time to warn others about these fraudsters before more people fall victim to their lies.
The Beginning of the Scam:
It all started on February 24th, when I reached out to JungleTravels to book a group of 12 people on the same flight. I made it explicitly clear that all passengers had to travel together. JungleTravels assured me everything was locked in, confirming the seats were reserved and that I had absolutely “nothing to worry about.” What a load of crap that was.
The Lies Start to Unravel:
By March 4th, I paid for the flights, trusting that they had fulfilled their promise. Fast forward to April 18th, just five days before our scheduled departure, I reconfirmed with them—only to be told, once again, that the seats were reserved. In reality, that was a lie. Just three days later, on April 21st, JungleTravels confessed they didn’t have all the seats. They had known for weeks that the flight wasn’t secured but chose to feed me false assurances while pretending they had everything under control.
JungleTravels played me with this ridiculous excuse: “Funds are already held by the airlines...we’re working on securing the rest.” Their arrogance and inability to admit their incompetence left me no choice but to book the flights myself last minute. As a result, I paid astronomical same-day fares. Not once did they take responsibility for their colossal failure.
The Hotel Booking Disaster:
After this catastrophe, I still tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. I even trusted them with a hotel booking worth $2,000 on April 22nd. Guess what? They booked the wrong dates. They confirmed that everything was fine, but once again, they botched the booking. My clients arrived only to find out they had no valid reservation and had to pay full price out of pocket. JungleTravels promised to fix it. They never did. Another blatant display of their complete disregard for their customers.
Rinse and Repeat—More Scams, Same Game:
Despite the chaos they caused, I continued to believe they would eventually get their act together. Huge mistake. Over the course of the next few months, JungleTravels continued to accept orders, only to ghost at critical moments or provide fake assurances. From fake PNRs to pretending to have tickets for flights that never existed, they showed themselves to be nothing more than scammers stringing me along for their financial gain.
Most recently, on September 10th, they accepted payment for a hotel stay at Treehouse Villas for $1,500, promising a 3-night stay. What did they deliver? A single night in the cheapest room, leaving me to clean up their mess once again.
Final Betrayal:
On September 24th, after months of enduring this never-ending scam, they had the audacity to claim “nothing is true” and that I was wasting their time. This is where the line is drawn. I’m done with their lies, deception, and complete lack of professionalism.
Conclusion:
This is a warning to everyone: avoid JungleTravels at all costs. They are not just a bad travel agent—they are fraudsters whose sole aim is to take your money, fail at their job, and then ghost you. They have left me and my clients out of pocket, scrambling to fix mistakes they made, and I refuse to let them get away with it.
In the next segment, I will be sharing screenshots of chats and proof of this entire ordeal. Stay tuned.
PART 2
Timeline of Events with JungleTravels
February 24th: Initiated a booking request for 12 passengers on the same flight. JungleTravels confirmed availability, stating the seats were locked and there was "nothing to worry about."
March 4th: After finalizing prices on March 3rd, I paid for both the onward flight (March 4th) and return flight (March 12th).
April 18th: Five days before the trip, I reconfirmed that all 12 passengers needed to be on the same flight. JungleTravels assured me the seats were reserved and confirmed.
April 21st: JungleTravels revealed that the seats were not actually reserved, despite prior claims. They provided an unpaid PNR reservation, which was a dummy ticket since it hadn’t been paid for. When questioned, they claimed they had secured 8 out of 12 seats and were "working with the airlines" on the remaining ones. However, they went offline shortly after, and I had to book new flights last-minute at exorbitant same-day fares.
April 22nd: To compensate for the botched flight booking, I requested a $2,000 hotel reservation. JungleTravels confirmed the booking but sent a voucher for the wrong dates—May 23-25 instead of April 23-25. Despite their claim that they would fix it, no date changes were ever confirmed, and upon arrival, the customers had to pay full price out of pocket.
May 3rd: JungleTravels finally provided the return tickets for all 12 passengers, just in time.
June 19th: I placed an order for tickets from BOM to HKT for June 28th. JungleTravels confirmed without requesting names. On the day of departure, they claimed the tickets were ready, but I had never provided any names, raising suspicion about what was "ready."
July 6th: Another booking was made for BOM to LIN with Lufthansa. After issuing the tickets, they were canceled the next day. JungleTravels reassured me they would reconfirm, but then ghosted for two days.
September 10th: Requested a hotel booking for 3 nights at Treehouse Villas for $1,500 (September 18-21). JungleTravels went silent until after the guests arrived, at which point they informed me they had only booked 1 night in the cheapest room, even though I had paid for a suite. They promised to extend the stay by two more days but then disappeared again.
September 24th: After months of failed bookings and excuses, JungleTravels now claims none of my complaints are valid and continues to withhold my funds. I have asked for a refund but am being ignored.
JungleTravels has been nothing but a nightmare to work with—a sham of a travel agency that thrives on deception, incompetence, and outright lies. They repeatedly failed to deliver on their promises, provided fake assurances, and left me scrambling to fix their endless mistakes. Despite their arrogance and complete disregard for customer service, I’m not letting them get away with this. 🚫🚫🚫🚫
Final Warning:
If you’re considering using JungleTravels, beware. This so-called agency is a fraud, ready to take your money and vanish the moment things go wrong. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and financial loss—avoid JungleTravels at all costs.
