I used the drop service in Germany from @GodfatherPon11 and @Doub_t, and everything was fine until one day, after sending the package to Poland, it got lost in the mail. In other words, the packages were accepted at the post office but never assigned a tracking number, which doesn't happen with DHL.

The issue isn't being resolved, with the argument that the drops are minors and are being sent to DHL branches (they claim they're literally being "sent away" at DHL offices), and that they're tired of running around to different branches because they don't get paid for it.

The sender didn’t file a lost package report, not even electronically, and the only response to any questions is “sorry.” The funniest part is that out of the recent packages, only the liquid assets, in the form of mobile phones, have mysteriously disappeared. The lack of willingness from @GodfatherPon11 and @Doub_t to deal with the DHL drops speaks volumes.
