NEW REPORT #1580

REPORT REASON: 

@Exodushacker was paid $155 to supply a 5k slip which he said was in hand before i paid

after payment was sent he then says that the person that recommended him to me, @Jshopbizccshops, who is the channel owner by the way, @Exodushacker says that @Jshopbizccshops just purchased all the slips that were less than 7k

@Exodushacker says that i can pay an additional $115 and get a 7k slip

i confer with @Jshopbizccshops because this seems like ripper behavior, @Jshopbizccshops confirms again that @Exodushacker is legit and everything is good...i pay the additional $115...then its nothing but excuses and silence

the next day, after repeated attempts to get item i purchased... @Jshopbizccshops reaches back out and says that i made @Exodushacker feel uncomfortable so he was hesitant to deal with me, but they both proceed to tell me that if i pay an additional $130 i can purchase an 8k slip

i refuse and ask for my money back...they both begin telling me that since i havent completed payment there can be no refund...i tell them that a refund would suggest that i actually received something prior to requesting my money back

@Jshopbizccshops says that group cant intervene because i refused to complete payment....and @Exodushacker says he wont refund or provide any slip because i havent completed payment
