The Assembly is formed by 140 elected representatives. Each elected member represents one of the 140 constituencies within the borders of Kerala and is referred to as Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA). The present Kerala Legislative Assembly consists of 140 elected members.
NattikaNattika is a small village in Thrissur district of Kerala state, South India. It is centrally located about 25 km from Thrissur, Kodungallur, Irinjalakuda, Chavakkad, Kunnamkulam and Guruvayur. Nattika is beside the Arabian Sea. There is a beach in this village called Nattika Beach. Nattika Beach was previously known as Attakuzhi Bandhar Kadapuram. Nattika is on the west coast of Thrissur. Conolly Canal is the eastern border of Nattika. There is a private bus stand in Thriprayar. Nattika is 60 km away from Cochin International Airport and 25 km away from Thrissur railway station. Modern transportation and better communication facilities are available in the village. This is an assembly constituency.
Nattika Assembly constituencyNattika is one of the 140 state legislative assembly constituencies in Kerala. It is also one of the seven state legislative assembly constituencies included in Thrissur Lok Sabha constituency. As of the 2021 Assembly elections, the current MLA is C. C. Mukundan of CPI.

T. N. PrathapanT. N. Prathapan is an Indian National Congress politician from Thrissur who was Member of parliament, Lok Sabha from Thrissur from 2019 to 2024. He was a Member of the Kerala Legislative Assembly of Kodungallur from 2011 to 2016. He was previously elected to K.L.A. in 2001 and 2006 from Nattika Assembly Constituency. He contested the 2019 Indian general election from Kerala as a candidate of Indian National Congress in Thrissur constituency and was elected as the MP. T N Prathapan was appointed the working president of the Kerala Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) on 13 March 2024 by All India Congress Committee (AICC).

Geetha GopiGeetha Gopi (born 30 May 1973) is a Communist Party of India politician from Thrissur and Member of the Kerala Legislative Assembly from Nattika Assembly Constituency. She started her Political career in the year 1995. She was the Chairperson of Guruvayur Municipality in 2004 and 2009 and deputy chairperson of the same in 2011. She was born in Punnayurkulam on 30 May 1973. On 15 June 2017, the CPI issued a warning to Gopi for conducting her daughter's wedding lavishly.
