They are not winning this.

They make very small gains in Donetsk and other places—so small that they are almost irrelevant—but they lose all these people.

If there is a dictator in Moscow willing to do that, then we are dealing with someone who is ready to sacrifice so many of his own people in this war.

We have to take that seriously, because this is crazy behavior⭕️
