NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte had a meaningful conversation about important things with his dog. He shared this revelation at the Munich Conference.
According to Rutte, during a trip to Kiev, he met with a Patron dog who "sniffs" the rubble for the presence of people under them, and received a message from him.
"And this dog... I even looked into his eyes, and he told me, "We will never give up," said the Secretary General of the North Atlantic Alliance.
