NATIONALISM - THE THIRD POSITION
NATIONALISM - THE THIRD POSITION
Australian Nationalists do not follow the Left and Right dichotomy. Nationalism is neither left nor right-wing but a third position.
Nationalism is about defending the nation, its traditions, and its people. Australian Nationalism derives its strength solely from that which is Australian and does not model itself on foreign figures and their ideals. We look to the great men who built this nation for our people rather than seeking to kowtow to distant historical figures who are alien to Australian culture.
Ideologies which are not deeply rooted in their own nation's history and culture are weak and bound to collapse. Individuals who are ignorant or disconnected from their history and culture look overseas for alternatives to give them completion.
Australia has been the target of the wider world since we built the country. The Chinese fancied our gold deposits and our British colonial master pulled the yoke so tight that the working man stood up and fought him at the Eureka Stockade. We drove the Celestial out of Lambing Flat.
Our culture has been watered down and Americanised through our dependence on American protection. In truth, the Yanks were grooming us. We have no bond with them or any other imperial superpower. Australia's modern politics has been corrupted by alien worldviews like Liberalism, Marxism, and reactionary alt-right ideologies which typically ignore the Australian element.
