The Council of The Corporation of the City of North Bay invites applications from members of the general public (aged eighteen and above, and resident within the City of North Bay) who wish to be considered for appointment to the following committee. We encourage qualified and interested individuals to volunteer their services and to provide input on various issues that affect the City of North Bay. The term of office runs concurrently with the term of Council.
The Council of the Corporation of the City of North Bay intends to pass By-Law 2021-19, being a By-Law to Authorize the Renaming of Airport Way to Bob Wood Drive at its Regular Meeting of Council to be held on Tuesday, March 23, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. This Meeting will be held by Electronic Participation.

There will be no residential/commercial waste or blue box collection in the City of North Bay on Friday December 25th, 2020 and Friday January 1st, 2021. Friday’s collection will occur on Saturday

North Bay, ON – Feb. 16, 2021 – The City of North Bay and the Municipal Heritage Committee is inviting all residents to reflect on the local history, heritage and people that have shaped the community the province marks Ontario Heritage Week 2021, which runs Feb. 15-21.
North Bay, ON – Feb.16, 2021 – The City of North Bay has issued a Request for Qualification (RFQ) to pre-qualify general contractors for the construction of a new community and recreation centre at the existing Steve Omischl Sports Complex on Lakeshore Drive.
North Bay, ON – Feb. 11, 2021 – There’s still time for local organizations to submit applications to the City of North Bay’s Event Hosting Program.
North Bay, ON – Feb. 5, 2021 – Mayor Al McDonald is proud to issue an official Proclamation recognizing 2021 as a year of inclusion and equity in North Bay.
North Bay, ON – Feb.4, 2021 – A section of McIntyre Street East between Wyld and Ferguson streets has been reduced to a single lane to allow for repairs to the brick parapet on the north facing exterior wall of the Capitol Centre building.
