I’ve had this watch for almost one week and I love it. I previously owned a Pebble, Apple and Fossil Q hybrid smartwatch. I would say the Apple Watch had the best functionality, but I did not like the looks of the watch. The Fossil had the looks I liked but less functionality. This watch is a great mix of both. I absolutely love the mechanical hands feature. I would recommend that the User Guide be read in order to assist one with setting up the watch and then understanding its features. I did not experience any issues with set up or have I had any issues since. I think this is a great watch and I have had several people comment on how great it looks. I’m very happy I discovered this watch.

Really happy with the watch. It's really well made and very nice looking. Set up went really smoothly. It's the 9th zetime I have purchased for gifts for family and they are all happy with the watch.

Good, but needs some firmware updating

Pros: - As described, great looking watch. Touch screen is nice, but having those mechanical hands hybrid is great! I can glance at my watch just like a normal watch, and not have to touch anything to read time. - Battery is good so far, and I am getting 3-4 days as smart watch. - You can use one of many watch faces, or even customize one of your own! - Customer service responded fairly quickly to a concern I had (see Cons below). Cons: - Some functions not working with my new Samsung Galaxy S9. I can read messages, but cannot respond properly. The response goes to my phone, but fails because it goes to "Anonymous" instead of actual contact, so response fails. I have alerted MyKronos about the glitch, and they claimed to be aware of it, and working on it, but I have yet to see an update come through since emailing them a month ago. They did respond quickly and log a support ticket quickly, I just hope they are genuinely working on a fix. - The charger station (a round dock for sitting the watch on) fell apart upon opening the packaging, but does still work properly to charge the watch. I simply have to be careful with it when handling it. Looks like a cheap sub-standard part, unlike the VERY well built watch and strap. Not worth sending it back for that. Conclusion: - For the price, you can't go wrong. Apple and Android watches cost more than double, even triple, what I paid for this. I just hope they update the firmware soon so I can take advantage of ALL of the features with my Samsung S9.
