✅ Install via Custom Recovery
1. Reboot to recovery
2. Flash ROM
3. Flash recovery ramdisk (Mechatron TWRP recommended)
5. Flash DFE / Magisk / Custom Kernel (optional)
7. Reboot system
✅ Install via Fastboot
1. Double click windows_flash_all.bat
(For macOS/Linux, run the .sh file inside)
2. Wait until the device reboots into TWRP
3. Install recovery ramdisk (Mechatron TWRP recommended)
4. Reboot to recovery
5. Flash DFE / Magisk / Custom Kernel (optional)
6. Format data
7. Reboot system

This is a Full RW ROM
Use MIUI / HyperOS supported kernel if flashing custom kernel
Clean flash is highly recommended
Always backup your data before flashing
First boot may take several minutes
⚠ If Stuck on Logo After Flashing DFE:
Reboot to fastboot mode and type:
fastboot -w
(using Platform Tools / Minimal ADB & Fastboot)
