My first split with Kanji Esports

It was my first split with another org, and I'm very happy with the decision to join here. I met so many new and incredibly nice people, both inside and outside of Kanji. I was able to make great contacts with other managers from Divisions 2 and 3 (I'd like to thank everyone for their friendly interactions and help). Of course, managing two teams was a new challenge, and I did my best to please everyone.

We can also be very satisfied with what we achieved this split. Echolon made it to Division 2 as a well-coordinated group, and I'm really looking forward to the upcoming split. Spectre was so underestimated by everyone, and they almost made it to the playoff finals. Even though I have nothing to do with Ion directly, they deserved to make it to Division 3 (after such a dominant split).

It's helped me a lot to have people around me that I've known for a while, be it Flavio, the entire former eWolves roster, or Tropius & Unique (who I brought here as a duo myself to give us some great casts).

Of course, not everything is perfect here, but from my perspective, everyone is busting their asses, whether they're players, managers, casters, or content creators. Apologies have been made for things that were handled incorrectly, and if people can't accept that, then that's just the way it is. I'm heading into the offseason now and am looking forward to the next split with great people.
