We had 2 day reservations and left after 10 minutes there. While walking to our room, throughout the hallway, drugs were being sold & homeless was sleeping. I advised the front desk & she just ignored me. We entered the room and walls were filthy, door was broken, beds quilts & curtains were filthy & sheets were filled with hair. Refrigerator had mold and filthy. Restroom floor had terrible scent & filthy. The laundry room was filled with trash on the floor & stunk. There were 2 different couples smoking marijuana in front of the hotel.
We stayed in 3 different rooms on the 3rd floor. In the first one, the dressers weren’t level, so the drawers wouldn’t stay closed. We thought we should try putting our things in the drawers so they would stay closed, but instead the dresser fell over onto my foot. We then were moved to another room (300). When brushing our teeth we saw that the sink wouldn’t drain. We informed the front desk and while we were gone, they sent maintenance in to fix it. We then received a call that the sink fell when they tried to fix it. We then were moved to another room (324). We slept in that room only to wake up to our son covered in bed bug bites. I looked under the covers and saw a huge stain that looks like someone died on that bed. We ended up packing up and checking out early and getting another room at another hotel. The staff was great but this hotel is absolutely disgusting!…

No matter how management responds so “nicely” that is not the treatment you will receive. During my stay here, the a/c heating unit started to act up. We asked to change rooms since it the heat was overwhelming for my family and I. She responded rudely Keep callIng the room to see if we moved yet. It had only been 5 mins! I asked her why do you keep calling? Your husband said 5 10 mins it’s been 5 mins. Why aren’t you done? Do you know about how much longer? I hung up. How rude! It take as long as has too. And reading other reviews, looks like almost everyone who stays here calls corporate. You never hear anything! In business that is 100% customer service this place has 0! So if your looking for a hotel that will give you great customer service. Book somewhere else, unless you like feeling like you were just robbed of your dignity and money.…

While the nice rooms and reasonable prices lure you in. Every review about management is 100% accurate. Rude, inconsiderate, and just about everything would hate for a hotel to be! They do not care about you, nor do they care your comfort or safety. Management will laugh in your face and talk down you. Refuse to give you a refund when clearly they are in the wrong. Make one single complaint and the management will start to act like mean high school girls being catty and rude. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Unless being treated like garbage is your thing.
