Shouto has bi-colored hair, the right side is white, the left one is red. He has a burn around his left eye. In his hero costume, Shouto wears a dark blue jacket, dark blue pants, a silver-colored combat vest, and white boots.

Shouto had a deep loathing for his fire abilities, which he inherited from Endeavor, as it symbolized his father's wickedness towards him and his mother as well as what he was born to be: a tool to surpass All Might, a fate that he detests. As such, Shouto decided to rely solely on his ice power and never use the other half of his Quirk in battles.

During his match with Izuku in the U.A. Sports Festival, Izuku's speech made the memory of his mother's supportive words resurface, and for the first time since his childhood, Shouto used his fire power in combat.

Though originally born without a Quirk, he manages to catch the attention of the legendary hero All Might and has since become his close pupil and a student at U.A. He is a very timid person who gets scared a lot, although in recent events, he has shown to raise his voice when the heat is on. He is very diligent, strong-willed and a bit of a dreamer, and because he loves Heroes, he tries to know everything about them and writes down in his notebooks all he knows about heroes, including other U.A. students.

It's later revealed that One For All contains the Quirks of all its former users, including Black Whip, Float, Danger Sense, Fa Jin, and Smokescreen.

He later leaves the U.A. school.

Katsuki Bakugou

Katsuki is a very aggressive person and is Midoriya Izuku's rival character. He has both a superiority complex and a inferiority complex, wanting be the best at everything and often very hard on himself when he comes up short. He doesn't like it when people look down on him as if they were superior to him, and he gets mad easily. He is extremely arrogant and cocky. He also thinks of people such as Midoriya Izuku as an obstacle on his path to becoming the greatest hero. Midoriya Izuku's passionate heart and strong resolve to save everyone who is in need greatly intimidates Bakugo, who's experienced firsthand how unwavering Midoriya's resolve is. Bakugo also blames himself for the retirement of All Might.
