SOOO today we have the FULL storytime of everything that has happened with my neighbor. This started when I moved into my new place and it just kept getting worse... and reached a point where I felt extremely violated on Halloween. What do you suggest I do here...? BC IDK!!!

This situation has been very unsettling & uncomfortable for me as you can probably imagine. I'm obviously young and I live alone as a first time homeowner and this is something I've never dealt with before. I'm glad I was able to get some live footage to share with you guys so that I don't have to feel so alone in this situation. Have any of you had any crazy neighbors?! This whole thing has been completely psycho and I'm well aware she could be very very sick, I just don't know what I should do about it going forward (besides putting up my own fence of course). Any advice would be so so very appreciated.
