When I graduated from high school, some friends (male and female) went to the beach for a week. At that point I was still struggling with my sexuality. And had a serious crush with my best friend.
The AC on the house we stayed was not working, also the house was barely enough for 6, and since we were about 18 we had to share beds, floors, couches, pretty much everything.
So, on the second to last night we were there, we were really drunk, and my friend decided to go to sleep (him and me shared a bed). about 30minutes later I went to bed also, most of my friends were still on the beach.
I layed down next to him, still awake, and he said he wanted us both to listen to a CD he brought. Since we had to share the headphones, we were laying really, really close. Anyway, I was all confused at the moment really missreading the signals, and hot cause the AC didn't work, and drunk.
I noticed he was already asleep, and decided to take of the headphone from him and place it over on the nightstand by his side. Being drunk, I kind of fell onto him, but he didn't woke up. i was there cuddling with him and he had no idea.
I went to sleep. But about 1 hr later, I feel he's kind of 'big spooning' me. Again, I guess I missread the signals and decided I did wanted to be big spooned by him, 10 minutes later he turned over to his side (still asleep, or so he seemed).
I, stupidly, decide I want to touch him. And do so. I touch him on his chest, on his arms, face.... nothing rough, light caressing =S
And 10 minutes later, decided to, well... touch him under his pijama bottoms. I felt his penis. Felt guilty, decided to stop. But 5 minutes later, continued. He had a semi-hard on this time. So, I guess I thought it was okay. Did that for another 10 minutes and by now he was fully erect. I decided I wanted to see it. And took it out of his pijama bottoms. I have to admit to sucking it to. for 2 or 3 times.
I confess I was really turned on them. And had no idea the magnitude of what I was doing.
Eventually, came to my senses I guess. And decided to stop, went to the bathroom took a cold shower. And went to bed on the couch outside the bedroom.
The next day, I was trying to act as if nothing happened. But he seemed really evasive and tense around me (while we usually were as close friends as they get). I was feeling all confused and guilty. Asked him, what was wrong, but he kept saying "nothing, I'm just tired".
Maybe he was tired. But the guilt was too much for me. On the afternoon I told him I wanted to talk to him, and told him 'I touched him on the night, I was confused about my sexuality, and I deeply regret having done what I did, I would understand if he wanted to stop being friends'. (Never told him I blew him).
He was, understandably, shocked. And didn't wanted us to see each other. I was almost crying at that point. Just begged him not to tell our other friends. He said he'd keep it to himself. He went back to our hometown that same day. I decided to come back on the next day.
We were going to the same college with most of the same group of friends. When a common friend of us invited me to his house, I see him, and 3 more friends there. And told everyone what I did. I admitted doing so. And lost contact to most of them for about a year. Took me about 5 years to overcome the event, accept my sexuality, and realize the magnitude of what I did.
I see some of them still, but we never ever even discuss the incident. Never shared bedroom with noone else in that group. I sent my friend an e-mail about 5 years later telling him I was so deeply sorry. And I accepted my penance in living with the guilt of have done it.
Now, 10 years later, I know what I did was wrong, terribly wrong. Since that incident, I've never even come close to doing it, or even thinking of possibly doing it. But of course, I could never ever tell this to anyone. I still feel guilty, I still feel sometimes as a sick pervert. I know I was the one who decided to act like that, and I have to relearn every now and then to live with the guilt and move on. I have to keep myself from becoming too attached to someone cause I'm afraid I might do it again, given the opportunity.
TL&DR: I was struggling with my sexuality, and mistankenly decided to act on my crush while he was asleep. Told him, almost everything. Still live with the Guilt.
I wonder if you would be as easy on a guy if he was talking about fingering a girl that was passed out. maybe you would. my hunch is that you probably would not because it does kind of sound worse when a guy is the one doing it even though it's the same thing.

Dude - this kind of thing happens all the time. Time to get over it. I'd be willing to bet that he knew exactly what was going on and feels guilty/wierd that he did nothing to stop you.

Well, don't feel to bad. I did the same thing. I felt the same way you did, struggling with my sexuality, acted on my crush. I was stupid, but I apologized, and for a long time I still felt the guilt. But I realized what I did was wrong, and made sure never to do it again. Your friend forgave you, now it time to forgive yourself. We all do stupid things. Learn from them and become a better person. And from reading your post, I'm guessing you have.
feelings are scary because they might get crushed by others, but if yours were true, then there's nothing to be ashamed.

I know this is an old post but I can't help but notice how everyone is telling her not to feel bad and it's not that big of a deal but I've never seen anyone say that when a guy has posted that he fingered a girl while she was sleeping.

I know coming to SE++ for advice is a top notch bad idea, but I honestly have no where else to turn because this situation directly involves my family, and friends.
