MY ACCOUNT ACCESS is a platform where account access is available via both web browser and mobile application. You may encounter different types of CREDIT cards on this platform, ranging from CLASSIC to BUSINESS levels. For each card, you can obtain an OTP (One-Time Password) to a phone number, which is required when funds are debited from the card. In addition, you will find features like E-statement, balance transfer, and travel notification—which allow you to manage the regions where the card can be used.
