150 grams of starch
Butter 125 grams

first stage
First, we pour the starch into a bowl and add 1 glass of water to it and mix it with a hand mixer to dissolve the starch in the water. Then we put the strainer in a pot and mix the water and the starch that has been dissolved. We pass through the filter.
second stage
Then put the pot on low heat and add 5 glasses of cold water, sugar and rose water and stir until the sugar is completely dissolved and let it cook for 30 minutes. Then saffron brewed to each We add as much as we want.
