MultiversX Community Manifesto

MultiversX Community Manifesto

MultiversX

A healthier MultiversX community

For years, MultiversX has been one of the few ecosystems that kept its community doors open, through market highs and through the quiet stretches too. An always-on place where anyone could show up, ask, share, and participate.

But open doors alone aren’t enough. Without intention, noise takes over and we’ve spent too long reacting to cycles, moods, and the loudest voices.

Now it’s time to be proactive.

We’re designing these spaces around what compounds over time: support, knowledge, collaboration, and people shipping real things.

What We Believe

We believe blockchains should be the foundational infrastructure for how humanity coordinates, creates, and builds value together.

This is about reimagining what's possible when technology removes intermediaries, when ownership is truly distributed, and when anyone, anywhere can participate in building the future.

Blockchains are societies, digital nations with their own economies, governance, and culture. And like any society, they thrive or decline based on the people who choose to participate and the values those people uphold.

Beyond Financial Speculation

The prevailing narrative in blockchain has been narrow: you participate by trading, speculating, or hoping for the next pump. For many, that's been the only path to "making it" in crypto.

We believe there's so much more.

Especially now, with AI tools democratizing creation, the barriers to becoming a builder, creator, or meaningful contributor have never been lower. You don't need to be a developer to add value. You don't need capital to make an impact. You need curiosity, commitment, and a willingness to contribute.

What We're Building Here

A place where:

  • Knowledge sharing outweighs price predictions
  • Long-term vision trumps short-term sentiment
  • New members encounter possibility, not pessimism
  • Value creation happens in public, together

We're creating an environment where you can earn respect, build reputation, find collaborators, and create real economic value, not by speculating, but by contributing.

The Path Forward

This won't happen by accident. It requires intentionality.

It means choosing substance over noise. Choosing to help someone instead of complaining. Choosing to build instead of dwelling on what hasn't worked.

It means setting standards and to channel energy productively.

We acknowledge the frustration. Things haven't always gone as planned. Timelines have shifted. Expectations haven't always been met. That's part of building something genuinely ambitious.

But here's what we won't do: we won't let frustration become our identity. We won't allow negativity to crowd out the people actively building and contributing. We acknowledge that sentiment matters: it influences perception, attracts talent, and shapes momentum. But here's the distinction: you don't need to falsify your sentiment, you need to act with intention. If you're genuinely excited about what we're building, share that energy with others. If you're not, that's fine, but find where you do belong rather than staying to spread negativity.

If you're reading this, you have a choice.

You can participate in building the community we've described, or you can sit on the sidelines and watch others do it.

This community will become what we collectively choose to make it. You can contribute towards this effort, and you can help newcomers feel welcome.

We're betting on the curious, the patient, and the committed. We're betting that given the right environment, remarkable things emerge.
