Role Overview
Join us as a Marketing Assistant supporting a fast-paced and growing healthcare and wellness brand. In this role, you will drive digital visibility, strengthen brand presence, and contribute to innovative marketing strategies across multiple channels. Your work will directly impact audience growth, content reach, and overall brand positioning, making each day dynamic and engaging. Schedule:
Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST (USA)
Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:
* Occasionally supporting phone call handling in emergency situations
* Collaborating with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals
* Creating engaging content including videos, reels, graphics, and promotional materials
* Optimizing website performance through SEO, backlinks, and content improvements
* Assisting with branding, public relations, and media positioning efforts
* Monitoring trends and identifying opportunities for viral content and audience engagement
* Developing and executing digital marketing strategies to boost brand visibility
* Managing and growing social media presence across multiple platforms
* Supporting podcast distribution and growth initiatives using platforms such as Libsyn and Spotify
* Implementing AI-assisted marketing workflows and content strategies
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a related role
* Strong understanding of SEO, website optimization, and backlink strategies
* Experience with AI-assisted marketing tools and content workflows
* Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
* Remote work experience preferred
* Social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X Twitter
* YouTube and podcast platforms including Spotify and Libsyn
* AI tools for content creation and marketing automation
* Basic video editing and design tools
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative independently
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
* Creative thinking with a strong interest in branding and content creation
* Adaptable and quick learner with a positive attitude
* Confidence in presenting ideas and contributing to strategy discussionsReliable computer setup (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet min. 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)
