Job Opportunity: Multilingual Localization & Communications Specialist (English ↔ Chinese, German a Plus) – Remote (Short-Term Contract)
We are looking for a multilingual localization and communications specialist to support our team on a short-term, hourly contract. This is a fully remote (home office) position for someone fluent in English and Chinese. German language skills are a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities:
* Translate documents between English and Chinese (German when applicable).
* Provide live interpretation during online meetings when required.
* Translate and facilitate communication with our Chinese programming team.
* Translate Game Design Documents (GDDs), project documentation, and other development-related materials.
Requirements:
* Professional fluency in Chinese and English; German is a plus.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience with document translation and live interpretation.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
* Experience with game development or technical documentation is a plus.
Position Details:
* Short-term freelance contract.
* Hourly compensation.
* Fully remote (home office).
