3 /07 Day 0

Departure – Fly from London to Mineralnye Vody via Istanbul.

04/07 Day 1

Arrival – Transfer to a self‑catering flat in the Elbrus region (elevation < 2 000 m). Grocery shopping for the whole trip. Briefing with the guide, equipment check.

05 /07 – 8 /07 Days 2 - 5

Acclimatisation Hikes – 10 – 15 km each day, gradually gaining altitude. Exact routes will depend on weather and terrain. Aim: reach ~3 500 m by Day 5.

09/07 - Day 6

Take the cable car to either 3 670 m or 3 880 m, then walk up to the Refuge Hut (Base Camp). Snowmobile assistance available for gear/food transport. Possible full‑board meals at the hut – to be confirmed.

10/07 - Day 7

Acclimatisation Walk – Pastukhova Rocks (4 700 m). If conditions allow, continue up to ~5 000 m. Crampon and ice‑axe practice session.

11/07 - Day 8

Rest Day – Equipment check, finalise summit plan. 

12/07 - Day 9

Summit Day - Depart the refuge around midnight (flexible depending on weather).

Snowcat assistance available up to 5 100 m on the ascent. After the summit, descend by cable car back to the Elbrus valley. Option to stay overnight in Elbrus region or return directly to Mineralnye Vody.

13/07 - Day 10

Reserve Day – Spare day in case summit is postponed by weather.

14/07 - Day 11

Mineralnye Vody – Celebration / Free day - a possible trip to Zheleznovodsk Nature Resort Park

15/07 - Day 12

Return Flight – Mineralnye Vody → Istanbul → London.
