Position: Motion Graphics Designer

Position: Full-time

Musaffa Inc, based in New York, is hiring Motion Graphics Designer for its Marketing department in its Tashkent office. Musaffa is a fintech company aiming to democratize Islamic Finance education and help Muslim investors worldwide pursue their financial goals through its trading and financial education platform. With more than 40 team members working from the USA, Canada, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Uzbekistan, Musaffa is a growing global company.

The ideal candidate for the role must be proficient in Adobe After Effects, Premier Pro, and Illustrator, with a strong passion for creating animated videos that explain academy blogs and financial theories.

Responsibilities:

• Motion Graphics Creation: Develop visually captivating and informative animated videos using Adobe After Effects, Premier Pro, and Illustrator to explain complex financial concepts, academy blogs, and other related content.
• Video Editing: Edit and refine raw video footage, adding motion graphics, visual effects, and sound elements to create high-quality video content that aligns with the company's branding and communication standards.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with the content team, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to understand the financial concepts and translate them into engaging visual narratives.
• Visual Design: Use design principles, color theory, and composition techniques to create aesthetically pleasing and impactful visuals that resonate with the target audience.
• Video Optimization: Optimize video files for various platforms, ensuring compatibility, and fast-loading times without compromising on quality.
• Office Work: Maintain a well-organized and efficient workspace, ensuring all necessary software and equipment are up-to-date and functioning correctly.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer, preferably in the finance or education industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premier Pro, and Illustrator is essential. Knowledge of other relevant software will be a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment.

Salary

Salary: starting from $500 - $1,000 (depending on the level of skill and work experience)
