Motion Designer

We’re looking for an exceptional 2D motion designer to help define how Orchid moves.
This is not an explainer-video role. We want someone with elite visual taste who can turn simple ideas, product moments, and brand concepts into motion that people actually want to watch.
What you’ll do
* Create high-end 2D motion for launches, social, brand, and product
* Take concepts from rough idea/storyboard through final animation
* Animate typography, illustration, UI, graphic systems, and transitions
* Work directly with our creative/growth team on fast-moving projects
* Help develop a recognizable motion language for Orchid
You should be
* Extremely strong in After Effects
* Great at timing, composition, typography, transitions, and visual storytelling
* Able to make something feel premium without overdesigning it
* Comfortable working from Figma/Illustrator assets and building from scratch
* Fast, opinionated, and able to work with minimal direction
* Portfolio-first. We care much more about your work than your résumé.
Bonus if you can illustrate, edit video, or do sound design.
