Moscow has been experiencing communication problems for five days now.

Residents are complaining of outages: it's difficult to get through, mobile internet in the center is often down, and sometimes even 2G isn't available. Generally, only services from the "white list" are available.

Roskomnadzor advised people to contact the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media for clarification.
