Pernem police on Thursday said they have conducted a raid near Khind, Morjim and arrested three persons for illegal possession of narcotic drugs suspected to be ecstasy, MDMA and ganja, all worth Rs 3. Already known for its narcotics trade, the tiny state is now facing another form of addiction where medicinal products suspected to be containing cannabis are sold in pharmacies.
