ManagerThe mopogram team developed the mopogram app as a free application. This SERVICE is provided by mopogram Plus at no cost and is intended for use as is. mopogram utilizes the Telegram API, so for more details about it, please refer to Telegram's Privacy Policy.
This page is intended to inform visitors about our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information for those who decide to use our Service. By choosing to use our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. The Personal Information we collect is used to provide and improve the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which can be accessed on mopogram unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.
Your name, phone number, location, live location, photos, videos, files, documents, audio files, music, and contacts may be collected and shared with others. Additionally, your email, device ID, web browsing history, and purchase history may also be collected. Sharing your name, phone number, location, and files with others is done only with your explicit permission within the application. For example, when you send an image file to a friend, you have consented to sharing that message with them. All messages are encrypted, and we ensure the security of sending and receiving information. While we are not responsible for attacks or hacks, we make every effort to protect user information. All data collection and sharing are essential to the functionality of a messaging service. A messenger cannot operate without data storage and sharing. We handle all data transfers securely and confidentially.
SMS and Call Log Permissions
mopogram needs this permission for verify you through a call. We will call you with a random number from our side. On the client side, we check whether the desired number has called you or not. If our number has called you, you will be confirmed and you will enter your account. Google allows Telegram to use this permission & Telegram available on Play Store exactly with this permission & same source & abilities. With this permission Telegram will be able verify your account by a phone call instead of asking you to enter a code. Telegram uses this permission only to confirm receipt of the confirmation call by verifying the number in the call log. This feature is very important in countries which they blocked SMS 5-digit code (https://telegram.org/privacy).
User Data
User data was not available. However, mopogram has always emphasized the protection of users' privacy and has provided guidelines and regulations for the use of users' information.
mopogram does not transfer any user data or device information to anyone, and uses the Telegram API, so for more details, please read the Telegram Privacy Policy.
Request Install Packages Permission
mopogram needs this permission for open apk file for you. Google allows Telegram to use this permission & Telegram available on Play Store exactly with this permission & same source & abilities. Official Telegram uses this permission because messengers are platforms where you can share any type of file, such as apks. When I want to save or share my apps with apk fromat on Telegram, I need this permission to open & install apk files. Telegram is communication services that support attachments. Also Telegram is like a file manager, but it is an online file manager where users can share or save their files to others. Telegram also has an internal browser that you can download apk files from the internet & then you need to install them so you need this permission. One of the uses of Telegram is cloud-based file manager for store & share user apk files, another uses of Telegram is simple internal browser. So we need this permission due to the correct operation of the program & give useful service to users (https://telegram.org/privacy)

Location Data
If you share a location in a chat, this location data is treated like other messages in cloud or secret chats respectively. If you share your Live Location in any chat or turn on ’Make Myself Visible’ in People Nearby, mopogram will use your data to display your location to those users with whom you are sharing it, even when the app is closed – for as long as you keep these optional features activated.
Phone Number and Contacts
mopogram uses phone numbers as unique identifiers so that it is easy for you to switch from SMS and other messaging apps and retain your social graph. We ask your permission before syncing your contacts.
We store your up-to-date contacts in order to notify you as soon as one of your contacts signs up for Telegram and to properly display names in notifications. We only need the number and name (first and last) for this to work and store no other data about your contacts.
Our automatic algorithms can also use anonymized sets of phone numbers to calculate the average number of potential contacts an unregistered phone number may have on mopogram. When you open the 'Invite friends' interface, we display the resulting statistics next to your contacts to give you an idea of who could benefit most from joining Telegram.
You can always stop syncing contacts or delete them from our servers in Settings > Privacy & Security > Data Settings.
Terms and Conditions
For use mopogram be at least 18 years old or the age of majority to legally enter into a contract under the laws of your home country and be legally permitted to use the App by the laws of your home country. It is forbidden to use other people's names and photos and to misuse the identity of people's information. You must not use nude or violent images. Descriptions and biographies should not contain violence and nudity. Trying to create an unsafe environment or sending any advertisements is prohibited. Insulting people's belief, gender, and attitude is prohibited. You agree to follow all the rules on this page by joining this program, otherwise your account will be suspended.
