Plot: One day you wake up - not in your bed, but on an island inhabited by elves and monster girls. Here you’ll see (and touch, and do) a shark girl, a spider girl, a cat girl, an elf, a dragon girl, a robot girl, a bee girl and some kind of jelly demon girl.
For some reason the demo2 installer always starts in russian, and the demo1 installer crashes with russian text.

You wake up on an island.You don't know how you arrived there. You quickly realize this island is inhabited, but its residents aren't normal people. In fact, they aren't human at all! As you meet the residents you learn that the mysteries go even further, these monstrous residents find themselves in the same situation as you. They also arrived to this island under strange circumstances, they actually come... From another world!? During Prologue you'll meet a variety of Monster Girls including a nekomata, mermaid, elves, slime, dragon, kitsune, arachne, and many more! Even more girls planned for future releases. Look forward to yuki onna, centaur, lamia, tree girl and more!
Prologue features roughly 1/3rd of the main story (individual girl's routes not taken into account). It serves as an introductory, standalone, experience before the final release of the game (that won't be free and won't be finished for a while). I've been working on Monster Girl Island for 3+ years, it's been a journey, but after much learning and many re-doings I finally think the game is polished enough for the public. What you see here is what you'll get in the full release, for the most part. So please look forward to Monster Girl Island if you enjoy this first part!

I don't know why people keep complaining and scolding the creator, it was clearly stated that this is the prologue and it was 3 year of work and it is free. But there won't be update until the final version of the game is done, which will be paid. So if the prologue only needed 3 year I can imagine the full game will be twice or thrice of that time. Let's just wait and act like intelligent human beings.
I frequently see myself visiting this games page on Itch or Steam to see if its been updated. Unfortunately it has not. This game is fucking amazing and I hate to see that's it dead. I wish the dev would communicate on what's going on or at least explain why it hasn't been updated. I understand the fact that if hundreds of people are pressuring you because they want something, it can be very annoying. However, this wouldn't be happening if there was more clarity. Anyone seeing this game for the first time should try it out because it is great, but expect to be disappointed when it ends right as its starts to get interesting.

Waited three years for an update and I do NOT regret cancelling my sub after on month of no news. Dead game, no updates. You also get banned from the discord for asking.

don't bother asking if theres gonna be an android version, the game hasnt had an update in 3 years and the dev bans people in the discord just by simply asking anything about it. it's not worth wasting time and questions on a scumbag dev that can't keep a fanbase or even be a civil person about questions. he was obviously only in it for the cash flow when he made the prologue, essentially dudes just a scummy scam artist.

Well dev was banned on patreon probably for content, and he moved on other site. That was more that 2 years ago. Anyway best content was in demo, so its not like you miss much if you wont find last version of this game (on other hand i had my last version from panteon, and i dont remember if itch and steam demo have the same content).

My game keeps soft locking me at the beach mission where you collect fish coconuts, and crabs, i collect them and givem to her she tells me to go to to the lake but when i try to ophelia tells me i have more to do. anybody know how i can get out of this soft lock help please!
i wouldn't know. i have not encountered that issue but if it persists then load an older save.
You have to interact with a purple blob on the ground to progress
look in the nook of the rocks near the wooden platform, you'll see a purple puddle, thats the slime for the next section to the lake
hmmm, I gave this game a try and aside from a few issues, it was good. however after seeing what the below postings are saying, I thought it was abandoned. I managed to find the discord channel with a version 44.3. I truly hope this game hasnt been swept under the rug. the last post for updates was 5/2021.

definitely interesting, not alot of special bits. the end of the update was to say in the lease.... displeasing.
the controls are definitely on the janky side, the girls info board is far too small to make out anything. it has many twists in the plot and is difficult to keep the storyline straight. however, I still have high hopes this should be (or could be) a favorite game.
would love to see some special love scenes come up more. my current playthrough, I counted 4 or 5. the ball busting wasnt to my liking, and the fondling i didnt include,

when was the 44.3 version posted? how long ago was the most recent update ig and how long ago was the most recent news? ive seen a lot of comments saying they outright ban oyu for even asking about the game
so the post was maybe around a year old for that version, spoke to a dev of the discord server, they said that the final release will be soon. all things considering, I believe the rumors are true, this game was abandoned. Even the STEAM version has no release date and the steam company is gonna post it as abandoned build according to a friend who works for STEAM. They say the current build will still be downloadable in it's current format and setup which is pretty much a demo, so it'll be free to play like it is here.
Final review standing after spending over a month trying different outcomes. Not a whole lot of sexual encounters, if counted right maybe 7 in a game that can take a full day to complete. and the ending is exactly the same no matter the choices you decide. shame there was so much potential after my first discovery in the itch.io version.
Down side to the version on Steam, the version released is older 2019. the version I snagged 44.3 was released in 2021. no new updates. the discord server is still active but sadly I'm in agreement to the rumors. this game was abandoned, the devs will occasionally respond or block depending on their moods.

I was never able to get kitty girl to rut. the only ones I got to sleep with was the elf, slime, shark, fox sister, and bunny as well as spider. would have loved to do the others like the dragon lamia, kitty girl, robot, bee and centaur (centaurs are my dream monsters). As for your thoughts in the developement, I mostly agree. they started making a rockin game with huge potential then at the apex of money income, they cut and run.
I highly doubt patreon caused issues regarding the sister fox girls, one reason, the youngest doesnt know her own sexuality and just likes pretty and cute but never had a sexual fling even though she makes lewd comments about her sister.
Two: many games come out of patreon with incest content, so its not uncommon.
my money (if i had any) would be on the game was getting so many sponsors and an influx of money but no updates and people were complaining, so patreon may have inquired or tried to get those people refunds.

Still no proof of there being any development. Many people have speculated that Redamz says that to keep the "True Believers" paying. I feel like if development was going well he would show at least a screenshot to refute those claims

That tweet is from 2021.. You'd think that if the last release was from 2020 they'd have more than just a model to show for progress. Really do hope I'm proven wrong in the future and the guy releases a full game out of nowhere, but it seems VERY unlikely.

I wish I had a better pc to be able to play good in the game. I can't catch any fish in the fastest mode
sadly a subgrade or older GPU would have issues keeping up with the rendering. Im using a ryzen 7 3700X CPU and a RX 580 8Gb GPU, It has its moments but manageds to keep up in the high settings.
If your pc is relying on only a APU/CPU then you will have issues because of the strain or lacking enough RAM to help with the strain. Think about either adding or increasing RAM or adding a GPU to your system

I'm gonna be honest with you, you shouldn't. There are other creators that have been putting in the work so much more than this guy. His idea was great but his execution and handle of it is very poor. Look up other creators and you'll find better ones with constant support.
The reason for his closure on Patreon was because patreon wanted him to change the sissters from being sissters.
I once saw part of a video of the final part of this game (I'm not going to say how it was so as not to spoil it) but it was different from the final part of the game downloaded here.

I left a comment more than a year ago, telling people to stop supporting this game. I said that the creator said "Only %6 is left of Chapter 4" on July 1st, 2020. It has since been almost a year and a half. The creator made at a minimum of 144 thousand dollars on patreon (They kept an average of 12 thousand patrons per month and from what I saw in the discord tons of people were pledging high amounts, they probably made around 400-500 thousand dollars in that time) Just want to put that into perspective. Allegedly 6% left, 15 months, around half a million dollars. The creator was only after the money. Since they got kicked off of Patreon in May, they have not posted a single update. And before you come with "Oh it's only one person making the game of course it's gonna take a long time" please ask yourself, why is it one person? A person who was making 40 thousand dollars a month, are you telling me they couldn't hire ANY help if they really wanted to make the game "for the fans"?
