The purpose of this section is to expressly prohibit the establishment of commercial cannabis uses and cannabis cultivation in the city, to the extent not preempted by state law. Nothing in this chapter shall preempt or make inapplicable any provision of state or federal law. B Definitions. For purposes of this chapter, the following words and phrases have the same meanings as set forth below.
