Money Goals: Subconscious Processes
🤔 How many units of processes or pieces of information do you think the subconscious can handle in the same amount of time? If our conscious mind, as we mentioned before, can manage 2–3 tasks at once, the highly trained — 4, the super trained — 5, and geniuses — 7, then what about the subconscious? How many processes can it manage simultaneously?
🧠 Let me share a secret with you: scientists believe that the subconscious can comfortably process between 1 to 2 million units of information or processes per unit of time. So while you’re sitting and reading this post, doing it with full awareness, your subconscious is analyzing whether your butt is comfortable, if your forehead is itchy, if your cat is tickling you with its tail, if you’re warm or cold, if someone is speaking outside the window, if someone is walking behind you and you need to react, if your kids are sniffly, or maybe about to go eat and you need to think about what to feed them. All of that is being handled by your subconscious.
✨ And maybe you’ve had moments when you just thought about something, forgot about it — and somehow, it happened? It actually happened partly because of your actions, but those actions were so unconscious that they slipped past your awareness — and the goal came true. Has it ever happened that you got inspired, thought “I’ll do this — write down a goal”, watched a motivating webinar, and a year later found that notebook with a single line about that goal — one you completely forgot about — and yet it came to life, without you even realizing it?
👉 Why that happens — I’ll tell you in the next post 🙃
