Order takes a looooooonnnnggg time to fill, so don't think you can grab a quick bite between classes. But the sandwich is YUGE and the fries are really good. Worth the wait. It's not so good cold (gets kinda soggy) so you have to eat it fresh.
GEEZUS.... Their chicken sandwiches are so bomb.com . Their OG, Garlic, or their Fuego sandwich it's all good. $7.99. Make sure you get the Thigh instead of the breast. It's DELICIOUS!!!!! Korean fried chicken is the SHIIIIIIT. Do yourself a favor and get 2 garlic. You're welcome. JY
I was super excited to try this place, but it looks like I was 1 year too late. I say that because, all my friends that posted last year, all gave Mom's Touch a positive review. To me it was just... eh... I ordered the Creamy Garlic Fried Chicken Sandwich (It was said on the menu "For the garlic lovers." I was expecting a garlic flavor from the first bite, to the last bite. But it didn't happen. I got more of onion taste, than a garlic taste. I was almost done with the sandwich when I finally got the garlic taste. Maybe I opened it from the wrong side? Or I had to shake it before opening the bag? Who knows... I agree with everyone else when they say the fries were good. But I didn't come there for the fries. Service: Wasn't that great. The person taking the order looked like and sounded like she did not want to be there. Will I be back?? Naaaah! It's a one and done for me.
3rd time here. The food as always is amazing. This review is not about the food. As I said, the food is amazing. I would have ordered more food here, but for some reason, they always are not available on food delivery apps. They keep telling me they have issues. Then the social Instagram person told me it's fixed. So I tried again and same issues. The IG representative recommended to try their website for pickup orders as it's working and it's cheaper than 3rd party apps. $15 was their delivery charge, so I decided to just order for pickup as I'm on my commute from work. First 2 times, I had amazing customer service, but the last one was terrible. I made a food pickup order on their website this past Monday, which said the food will be ready by 5:44pm. I arrived by 5:38. The 2 ladies in the front didn't even greet me or acknowledge me, so I just sat on the counter next to where they prepared the orders. I tried to make eye contact with the 2 ladies working in the front, but they just kept looking away or looking towards the floor standing. So at 5:57pm, I asked the lady with the gold chains, just wondering, if my order went through. My order was suppose to be ready by 5:44. She went to the kitchen and asked. Came back and told me it'll be ready soon. By 6:06, they finally called my name. I asked the lady, for future reference, do I need to check in when I arrive. She said yes. I told her nobody asked if I needed help when I came to the front and I waited 30 minutes for a pickup order. She just turned away and went straight to her business. I'm not sure what's going on here. Maybe they are new. Be human for a bit and just apologize. An attitude does not fix anything. Nobody likes to waste their time. I got a hungry baby at home and my family is waiting for me for dinner. What's the point of doing a food order with a promised time when you have to wait anyway? If I knew, I would have just ordered at the front and not worry about their website lol. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I won't be back. Great food, but customer service is terrible. I really like this place too and I have told many coworkers that this place is good.
Everytime I'm in the South Bay I gotta make a stop here. Best chicken wings ever. I'm legit hooked on the cheesy onion ones because that's a flavor I can't find anywhere else. I'm just waiting for them to open in City of Industry so it's closer to me. Trust me when I say the wings are excellent!

I absolutely love this place!!! If you enjoy Korean fried chicken you have to try this place. Everytime I'm in the area I gotta stop here for those bomb ass wings. It's a Korean chicken spot that knows how to produce great and delicious fried chicken. I have tried all the flavors and they are all good in their own way but the one flavor that stands out to me is the onion cheese wings. I really enjoy the flavored powder that coats those crispy Korean fried chicken wings. The taste reminds me of pringles but in wing form. I'm addicted to it because I like dry wings. The other flavors are saucy and coats the wings so it's pretty sticky. My friend loves the chicken sandwiches. The meat is super thick and what's really cool is you can choose either dark or white for your patty. The workers here are super friendly every time I've been. It sucks that this place is so far from me. I did see they are gonna open a location in City of Industry which is closer to me. So I'm just waiting on that so I can enjoy Mom's Touch more often.
I was craving chicken and I was thinking about going to Cane's, but then I saw this place. It's funny because what made me interested in this place was a picture of their fries. I soon realized it was actually a chicken place ... what are the odds? Lol. I thought I would give it a go. Placing my order and receiving my order was fast. I ordered: Mom's Original chicken sandwich. The nice employee who was taking my order asked whether or not I wanted the thigh or breast for the chicken sandwich. She said, "the thigh is juicier and crispier but the breast is healthier." I said thigh so fast. Lol. If I'm going to have a "cheat" meal, it's going to be just that. Haha. I had to get an order of fries... that was the whole reason why I wanted to come here in the first place and I also got an order of sweet chili wings. I was not expecting the wings to be so big. They're legit regular sized wings and I guess I was thinking I was going to get baby sized wings??? The sandwich was really yummy. I love how soft the bread is. The sauce, the lettuce, the pickle... everything just came together beautifully for one harmonious bite after another. Would definitely recommend trying if you like chicken sandwiches.
Delicious Korean fried chicken!! I first tried Mom's touch in Korea and LOVED it!! Had it three times there. My husband discovered they had a branch here in Gardena and we were SO elated! It did not disappoint!!! The Garlic Soy is my favorite and tastes just like the one in Korea. The Original is so perfectly crispy and juicy! Sweet Chili was also really good and not very spicy. Cheese Onion was pretty good but a little too battery/powdery. Their fries, however, was extremely disappointing and not fresh at all. It was over-cooked and not warm when served. The Chipotle and BBQ dipping sauces were yummy and helped cover the nasty fries. Parking is plenty. The bathroom requires a code which is on the receipt. Employees were friendly and plenty. Would definitely come back!
Friend introduced me to this place as a very Korean fried chicken-esque fast food joint. I find the flavors are not quite what I was looking for, except the sweet chili, but for the most part they're fried well and juicy. The apple zing is a nice flavor but I can't eat more than one of it. Their sides selection is pretty limited and underwhelming for me as well. I'd come back for some sweet chili wings but man the employees at this location feel like they reaaalllyyy don't want to be there. Unenthusiastic and apathetic, they just want to take your order and walk away to stand in the back on their phones. No greeting, just staring you down to see what you'll order. Couldn't even tell me what sauce for the tenders is popular or recommended. "All of them" is such a shit answer as they roll their eyes.
Was looking for a place to catch up with a friend, and was interested in Korean fried chicken! It was just okay. I had higher expectations since I loveeeee Korean fried chicken. The chicken sandwich was kinda like a fancy chick fila sandwich, but the price was pretty reasonable! The wings, on the other hand, were not. For 4 pieces, it was $8.25, and the wings themselves were not as crunchy as I was looking for, and the taste of apple zing just tasted like the spicy bonchon flavor. The mashed potatoes were yummy, and the coleslaw was terrible. I love coleslaw, and this just had no flavor. It tasted like I was eating wet cabbage. Friendly service though, and very helpful on advising me on what to order. I don't think I'd go back though.
