This Privacy Policy explains how the Mommy's Love mobile application (the "App", package com.mommyslove.app) collects, uses, and protects your information. By using the App you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information (optional): if you create an account, we store the name and email address you provide so you can save your orders and addresses.
• Order and delivery details: when you place an order, we collect the name, phone number, and delivery address you enter so the order can be fulfilled.
• Shopping activity: your cart, wishlist, and order history, used to run the shopping features. Much of this is stored only on your device.
• Device and advertising data: our advertising provider (Google AdMob) may collect a device advertising identifier and app-usage data to show and measure ads.

We do not collect or store full payment-card numbers. Orders use cash on delivery or third-party wallet options; no card data is processed by this App.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide and operate the shopping experience (browse, cart, wishlist, checkout, orders).
• To process and deliver your orders.
• To display advertising and keep the App free.
• To maintain, secure, and improve the App.

3. Third-Party Services

We use Google Firebase (Firestore, Authentication, Storage) to host the catalog and support app features, and Google AdMob to serve advertisements. These services have their own privacy policies: Firebase (firebase.google.com/support/privacy), Google Ads (policies.google.com/technologies/ads), and Google Privacy (policies.google.com/privacy).

4. Advertising

The App shows ads via Google AdMob, which may use a device advertising ID to deliver and measure ads. In the EEA, UK, and Switzerland we request consent before serving personalized ads. You can reset or limit your advertising ID in your device settings.

5. Data Retention

Account, order, and catalog data are kept while your account or the App is in use and as needed to operate the service or comply with law. Data stored only on your device is removed when you clear the App's data or uninstall it.

6. Children's Privacy

Mommy's Love is intended for parents and adults (18 and over) shopping for children's products. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures (including Google's secured infrastructure) to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your data.

8. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at the address below.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the Last updated date above.
