We used the regular gripe water previously and were happy with it. Now the gel is a lot easier to use then the liquid but works the same as the liquid in terms relieving stomach discomforts. Our Organic Gripe Water Gel uses our same tried and true Gripe Water liquid formula in a new easier-to-administer format. This gel is gentle for baby to consume and helps ease gas and stomach discomfort often associated with colic and fussiness.*

Wash hands thoroughly before use. Apply a small, pea-sized amount (0.33g) of gripe water to your fingertip and administer to inside of cheek, or to a pacifier and let baby consume slowly.
Do not mix with formula or breast milk. Give separately from feedings. Do not administer to infants younger than 2 weeks or less than 7 pounds. Do not exceed recommended daily usage.

Love by moms everywhere, our Gripe Water was first introduced to the US market 20 years ago. We never get tired of hearing stories of how it helps provide relief for both mom and baby.
Purified Water, Vegetable Glycerin, Citrus Bioflavonoids Extract, Citric Acid, Sodium Bicarbonate, Potassium Sorbate (as a preservative), and Organic Extracts of Ginger Root (Zingiber officinal), Chamomile Flower (Matricaria recutita), Fennel Seed (Foeniculum vulgare), Lemon Balm Leaf (Melissa officinalis), and Passionflower Leaf (Passiflora incarnate).
Shake well. Remove cap and the seal. Insert the adapter plug, smooth side up, by pushing downward and twisting until a tight seal is made.
Top of plug should be flush with neck and not removable. Fully depress syringe plunger and insert into adapter.
Invert bottle and pull syringe to correct volume. Infant should be upright. Do not administer to a crying infant. Administer slowly, a few drops at a time, allowing infant to swallow each time. Dispense slowly towards side of mouth/inner cheek. Use syringe provided, or a dropper, or place measured amount in slow-flow nipple bottle. Do not mix with formula or breast milk. Give separately from feedings. Do not administer to infants younger than 4 weeks or less than 8 pounds.
Recommended serving:
4 weeks to 6 weeks of age 1 ml p to 15 times a day
6 weeks to 10 weeks of age 2 ml up to 8 times a day
10 weeks to 6 months and older 5 ml up to 3 times a day
We have recently changed the suggested use directions of our products to reduce the amount given per serving for younger infants but to increase the possible frequency of administration.
The total maximum amount (volume) consumed per day would remain the same with the new instructions.
We have made this change to help some parents who found that giving the entire suggested amount per serving to their infant in one sitting was challenging.
If you and your child have found that the previous use instructions work well for you, then by all means you can feel safe in continuing to follow those.
Gripe Water Night Time includes our Bedtime Bliss Blend of calming chamomile, lemon balm and passionflower, so as your baby’s stomach gets more comfortable, they also get a little help relaxing into sleep.* The same proven ingredients that soothe tummy troubles are present in both Gripe Water Original and Gripe Water Night Time.*
Absolutely not. Our mild herbal ingredients are gently calming, to help your baby relax.* There’s no melatonin in this formula, and, of course, no drugs.
Sure, but keep in mind that our Bedtime Bliss Blend is designed to promote restful sleep.* During the day, Gripe Water Original can help ease tummy troubles, so you can make your baby more comfortable while sticking to your normal sleep schedule.
You can use both forms of Gripe Water within the same 24 hour period, but be sure to follow the recommended servings for each, so you don’t exceed maximum daily use.
Gripe Water Night Time includes herbs that have a history of safe use for slightly older infants and children. While it’s unlikely there’d be any risk administering Gripe Water Night Time to newborns, nothing’s more important to us than the absolute safety of your brand new baby, so our panel of experts has recommended waiting until your little one is at least one month old. (Your newborn probably doesn’t need much help getting sleepy, anyway.)
