It works for my gassy baby, I did notice she srop being gassy after the feeding. I try not to give too much a day, I give 1 in am and 1 at night mix in her milk. She wouldn't take it by mouth by it self

Whoever designed the syringe needs a raise. The first thing I noticed was the functional design of the syringe. You can see the dose as you are drawing the medication out of bottle instead of having to pull out the syringe and check to see how much you have drawn out and then adjusting. Enough about the syringe, the medication seems effective without side effects.

Simethicone, carboxymethylcellulose sodium, citric acid, ginger extract, microcrystalline cellulose, polysorbate 60, potassium sorbate, purified water, sodium benzoate, sorbitan monostearate, sorbitol, stevia extract, xanthan gum.
Shake well before using. Find the right dose on chart on package. If possible, use weight to dose; otherwise, use age. (Infants under 2 years/weight under 24 pounds = 0.3 mL, Children over 2 years/weight over 24 pounds = 0.6 mL). Only use the enclosed syringe. Do not use any other syringe, dropper, spoon or dosing device when giving this medicine to your child. Remove cap and insert syringe into the bottle. Pull syringe up until filled to the prescribed level. If you pass the prescribed level, simply push syringe back until you have reached the desired level. Slowly dispense the liquid into your child's mouth (towards inner cheek). All dosages may be repeated as needed, after meals and at bedtime or as directed by a physician. 1- Shake well. Remove cap and seal. Inset the adapter plug, smooth side down, by pushing downward and twisting until a tight seal is made.
2- Top of plug should be flush with neck and not removal. Fully depress syringe plunger and insert into adapter.
3 - Invert bottle and pull syringe to correct volume. While holding baby upright, administer slowly towards side of mouth/inner cheek allowing baby to swallow after each amount.
