Chloe Macintosh has created a guide called “First Time Sex Starter Kit” for her two teenage sons in a bid to help them — and other teens — properly prepare to lose their virginities.
The British-based entrepreneur recently launched Kama — a sexual wellness app designed to educate people of all ages on various aspects of eroticism.
The app features a special section for first-timers, which Macintosh was inspired to create with and for her sons — Felix, 16, and Elliott, 14.
“The content we wanted to put out there is more than some tips to put a condom on,” Macintosh told HuffPost. “It’s more relating to the experience and making it as relaxed and comfortable as possible.”
The kit currently takes the form of 20 different videos, in which Felix is seen talking to a sex therapist. They discuss topics from “dry humping” to “how to use your penis inside.”
Macintosh said she never spoke about intercourse with her own parents and wanted to take the stigma out of sex for her sons.
“After an initial period of resistance, Felix and Elliott started to become more used to the topic, and speaking about it became more and more normal,” the open-minded mama declared.
She told the publication it would be impossible for her sons to ignore sex, given that there are sex books, “toys” and “gadgets” scattered “everywhere” around their home.
Her boys began asking honest questions about sex, and their friends even had queries of their own. The pals wanted to know about initiating sex, choosing partners and asking for feedback from them.
The candid discussions helped Macintosh formulate the “First Time Sex Starter Kit.” She wanted the guides to include language used in teen conversations in order to make the kit more accessible and relatable.
According to HuffPost, the guide features advice on topics including oral sex, vaginal and anal penetration, hand jobs, fingering, consent and more.
Macintosh said much sex education learned in schools is not delivered in relatable language. She also alleged it is “heteronormative, binary and generally backwards and incomplete.”
She told the publication she is concerned that teens are now trying to learn about sex from online pornography, which presents an unrealistic and distorted view of intimacy.
The mom said she hopes her starter kit can plug a gap in the market.
“The fact that so many teens and young people go through the processes of dating and intimacy without proper guidance is not good enough and can be easily repaired,” she declared. “If we remove the taboo and shame from talking about sex, then authentic pleasure can come more naturally.”

A MOTHER told cops she had sex as her eight-year-old son died - three weeks after he was found with "horrendous injuries" and belt marks.
Little Keyontae Holzendorf was found dead in a Texas hotel room on March 23 with "numerous injuries to his head, neck and abdomen, ligature marks on his wrists and ankles and missing skin where duct tape was removed."
A report released on Thursday reveals how concerns had been raised about the youngster three weeks before his death.
The boy's mom Kayla Holzendorf and her common law Dominique Lewis have been charged with injury to a child and tampering with evidence.
The couple said they "don't know what happened" to Keyontae following his death, according to records.
Kayla said they sent the boy to have a bath while they had sex before they found unresponsive.
Three weeks before his death a stranger called authorities after spotting the boy outside a grocery store, telling officials they suspected abuse.
They then filmed Keyontae speaking with police - who referred the case to the Child Protective Services - in some of the last images taken of the boy.
At the time, his mother told officials the injuries were a result of her son falling off his bike.
But a new report states his injuries "were not consistent with falling off a bike."
In fact, hospital staff are said to have reported that Keyontae had "numerous scars on his back indicative of belt whippings."
The report states that his mother blamed that on a former boyfriend.
Dr. Bob Sanborn, CEO of Children-At-Risk, told ABC13 : "Here is a case where we had a child who was abused and because not enough investigation went on, they really reunited the child with his abuser.
"Can you imagine? This was hell for this young boy. This was sort of worst-case scenario and as you read this report, you're devastated for him.
"This is horrible. This little kid never had a chance."

A MUM has been left "mortified" after accidentally telling her son a bit TOO much information about her sex life.
Mumnset user bestoutofthree said she was "taken by surprise" by her 12-year-old's questions, and now regrets letting her secrets slip.
The mum explained that her son asked: "How often do you and Dad have sex?" and, after checking that he was sure he wanted to know, she said: "Once or twice a week I guess".
At which point, her son replied: "Oh. Now NEVER say that again," leaving his baffled mum to reply: "You asked! And I double checked!"
Her post continued: "I am a very modest person and never talk about sex with friends at all, but DS (dear son) has far fewer inhibitions and often mentions things I find embarrassing.
"I would never in a million years have asked that question of my mother! Has anyone had discussions like that with their DC (dear children)?
"I expect normal 'what is sex' conversations but didn't expect personal questions like that."
But most of her fellow mums felt she shouldn't have given so much away.
Among them was steff13, who wrote: "I would have told him it wasn't his business."
While TheStoic said: "I probably would have asked why he wanted to know. Seems like an odd response to your answer."
And FenceSitter01 added: "There are boundaries in any relationship. It is inappropriate for anyone to enquire about your sex life, unless its a HCP (health care professional).
"Be that your parents, children or friends. Some things just are private."
While YetAnotherSpartacus warned: "Maybe he's comparing with his friends over Facebook and you'll earn the most embarrassing parent award cos (because) the others won't admit they have done it since the conception of the enquirer?"
She added: "Oh - and they'll all share with their parents and you'll see lots of raised eyebrows. Also - your DS will need therapy."
And MrsOverTheRoad wrote: "I think you should have used the opportunity to teach him about boundaries! It's an inappropriate question."
After hearing from the other mums, bestoutofthree added: "Now I regret answering.. I was caught off guard."
But VladmirsPoutine was more sympathetic, writing: "Tbh (to be honest) he asked and you felt ok in answering.
"It's not as if you casually mentioned it to the cashier at Tesco or something.
"It's typical that he'll feel grossed out by it. But there we go. He asked a question and got an answer."
TheStoic added: "Just leave it. It's not your fault, you were caught off guard. Nobody expects a question like that out of the blue."
