A couple who was caught having sex has been fined by authorities in Colombia's Caribbean coast department of Atlántico.
Sunbathers were shocked at the sight of a couple having sex in broad daylight at Marimar Beach in Puerto Colombia on September 11.
A family of beachgoers recorded the couple switching positions in the water as children played nearby.
A man who appeared to be the person filming the naked couple shouts, 'I thought he was going to turn her on her back.'
A woman who was near him then said, 'It must be that she is drugged? … That woman must be drugged up?'
A couple was busted having sex in a beach September 11 in Puerto Colombia, a seaside municipality in the Colombian coastal province of Atlántico. Authorities were able to locate the pair after the video went viral and fined them 900,000 Colombian pesos, about $205
Puerto Colombia public security chief Saúl Leyva revealed that the couple was immediately identified by authorities and fined 900,000 Colombia pesos, about $205
The viral video shows the couple turning around in the water multiple times.
The man recording the footage tells another person, 'don't look over there ... he's already laughing.'
Puerto Colombia public security chief Saúl Leyva revealed that the couple, whose names were withheld, was identified by authorities and fined 900,000 Colombia pesos, about $205.
'We have a manual for the use of the beaches to make responsible use of the area, that is why we located these people and fined them,' Leyva said.
The lewd beach act comes nearly two months after Emily Barríos, a native of the Colombian city of Santa Marta, was filmed having sex with an American man on the balcony of an apartment in the Caribbean coastal province of Cartagena and coerced into coughing up several thousands dollars to prevent from being processed through the judicial team.

The 22-year-old woman, according to El Tiempo newspaper, said that police officers arrived at the home and showed them footage of the video that was been recorded by someone near their building.
Barríos and her partner acknowledged that they were the ones in the video having sex in front of their friends and that she was only complying with a sexual fantasy that the man had.
The interrogation went south when the two officers started asking them for money because they would be subject to a fine.
They ended up giving $3,000 to the crooked cops, Barríos said.
Although the incident was placed under investigation by the Cartagena Metropolitan Police, the American tourists were fined and asked to abandon the country.

A Florida man allegedly shot his ex-wife and her son in front of his two young children during an argument over the electric bill in the home the divorced couple shared.
Michael D. Williams, 47, of Deland - near Orlando - was arrested on September 18 by the Volusia Sherriff's Office after he called 911 and admitted shooting her ex-wife Marsha Ebanks-Williams, 48, and her son Robert Adams, 28.
'Yes, I shot him and his mother,' Williams told the dispatcher, according to the 911 recording, obtained by WESH . 'I had my weapon on me and while they were attacking me, I basically, I had to, basically. I shot them.'
The Sheriff's Office questioned his narrative that he was punched in the face and kicked by the mother and son, citing his mugshot photo showing no visible signs of injuries.
'He claims he was violently attacked by these two, now, I don't see anything on this guy,' Chief Deputy Brian Henderson said at a press conference. 'This does not look like a violent attack that warrants being shot multiple times.'
Williams - who has a history of domestic violence and child abuse - surrendered to police without incident around 8pm and told police he and Ebanks-Williams were arguing over the electricity usage, according to the Volusia Sheriff's Office.
Ebanks-Williams, a mental health coach, had called police several hours ahead of the attack, seeking 'legal advice' about 'who controls the power,' Henderson said.
Michael D. Williams, 47, of Deland (pictured) was arrested on September 18 by the Volusia Sherriff Office after he called 911 and admitting to shooting her ex-wife Marsha Ebanks-Williams, 48, and her son Robert Adams, 28
Ebanks-Williams (pictured) had reportedly called police hours before the shooting asking for 'legal advice' after her and Williams got into an argument over the electricity usage
Adams' children Faith and Jeramiah (pictured with their dad) were inside the home at the time of the shooting, but were unharmed. Police believe they are witnesses to the murders and are being interviewed
'Michael was upset, he felt that they were leaving the lights on in the house and he went and put a lock on the box outside of the house, to which Marsha and her son cut,' Henderson said.
Inside the home during the shooting was Adams' two children Jeremiah and Faith, five and six, who remained unharmed. The children do not live in the home, but in a residence in Tallahassee.
'We do believe they may have been a witness to this homicide,' Henderson said. 'You have a five and six-year-old that likely witnessed their father getting murdered.'
The Sheriff's Office is working with the Florida Depart of Children and Families (DCF) and the Child Protect Team to interview them.
Williams was surrendered to police without incident (pictured) after calling 911 and admitting to the dispatcher that he shot the pair. He claimed they violently attacked him and he 'basically had to' shoot them to protect him
Police question his narrative, citing his mugshot (pictured) not showing that he had any bodily harm
Police recovered the gun, which was 'locked in a box' inside the residence, as well as, the victim's bodies
Henderson also revealed that deputies have been to the residence 'about five times this year' for non-physical domestic disputes between the couple, who divorced in June. They had been married for 10 years.
None of those calls ended with charges, Henderson said.
After police arrived at the scene, they met Williams in the driveway of the home, which the ex-couple shared.
As part of the divorce proceedings, it was agreed that Williams could live there, but Ebanks-Williams was supposed to be selling the house and they would split the profits.
He appeared in court on Monday (pictured) and was charged with two counts of first-degree premeditated murder
Deputies found the gun 'secured in a box' inside the home alongside the dead bodies.
Williams was transported to the Volusia County Branch Jail on Monday and remains without bond.
He also appeared in court on Monday and was charged with two counts of first-degree premeditated murder.
Ebanks-Williams, who was a mental health coach, and Williams have called police 'about five times this year' over non-physical domestic disputes, according to police
The pair were married for 10 years before they divorced in June
Adams (pictured with his wife) and his mother reportedly cut the lock off the electricity box outside of the house that Williams installed to control their electricity usage, which sent him into a rage
