A teenage mother has been charged with sexually abusing her baby son and creating child pornography. 
Jazmine Nichole Pacyga, 19, of Muskegon Township, Michigan, reportedly performed oral sex on her 3-month-old son, court documents reveal, Michigan Live reports.
She has been arrested on two felony charges and is being held in Muskegon County Jail, her parental rights suspended, the Daily Mail reports.
Her Feb. 8 arraignment saw her bond set at $200,000.
A petition of neglect and abuse states the baby's home is inappropriate for child care and raising due to "drunkenness and neglect."
The offense allegedly transpired on Feb. 5. As a result, Pacyga has been charged with first-degree criminal sexual behavior and the production of sexually abusive material.
The young adult may spend the rest of her life in prison if convicted. 
According to court documents, the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) is temporarily taking care of her child, as they look for the father. 
Pacyga will face charges as a second-time habitual offender for having been previously convicted of felony home invasion, says Timothy Maat, Muskegon County Chief Assistant Prosecutor. 
Offenders charged with criminal sexual conduct can be sentenced to life in prison. A second charge of sexually abusive material carries a maximum punishment of 20 years in prison.
Because Pacyga is a habitual offender, the latter maximum is raised to 30 years.
She is scheduled to appear in court on Feb. 23 and will be sentenced by District Judge Geoffrey Nolan. 
The case is similar to the 2012 Michigan conviction of Dan and Alisha Hall of Mt. Morris. 
The couple was found guilty on all counts of sexually abusing their infant daughter and taking pictures of the abuse. 
At the time, according to Michigan Live, Genesee County Prosecutor David Leyton commented: "It's senseless to think a couple could violate their own infant child. It's incomprehensible to me." 
During court testimony, Daniel had confessed to sexually abusing his then-6-month-old daughter. 
Investigators had uncovered more than 700 pictures of child pornography -- including 13 images of the father participating in sex acts with his daughter -- on the couple's home computers. 
Alisha was then convicted for photographing the abuse and aiding the criminal acts.

A married middle-aged school employee from California was sentenced Friday to more than three years in a state prison for sexually molesting her teenage son's friends.
Nicole McMillen, a 44-year-old mother of three from Irvine, was also ordered to register as a lifetime sex offender.
McMillen, who had worked as a behavioral specialist at Tustin schools, was convicted last October of four counts of lewd acts on a child and three counts of oral copulation of a minor under 16.
According to the prosecution, the married woman was keeping a 'fun' home where her children's school friends could come and play video games and watch TV.
An investigation has revealed that in January and February 2012, Mrs McMillen assaulted a 14-year-old boy who came to her house in a gated community in Irvine, repeatedly touching his groin over the pants and performing oral sex on him, the station KTLA reported.
When the boy's parents learned of the incident and filed a complaint with police, investigators discovered a second victim, a 16-year-old. 
During her trial last fall, prosecutors said that the married mother of three carried on a year-long affair with the older boy between 2005 and 2006. 
McMillen engaged in oral sex with her son's 16-year-old friend, who had known her since he was 10, at least on one occasion, prosecutions claimed. Scroll down for video

During her sentencing Friday at North Justice Center in Fullerton, the 44-year-old McMillen showed little emotion. Her husband, Joseph McMillen, and parents sat in the audience during the proceedings.
Nicole McMillen's attorney, Salvatore Ciulla, had asked for a probation sentence for his client in light of the fact that she already had served 296 days in jail.
But Judge James Rogan rejected the defense's request, saying that the disgraced wife and mother had shown no remorse and continued to deny her wrongdoings.
The convicted child molester could be released early because of prison overcrowding. 
At the time of the incidents McMillen was working part-time with kindergarten-age kids at Peters Canyon Elementary School and as a behavioral interventionist with the Tustin Unified School District.
